My goodness! I work in customer service. I am fully aware that sometimes, human beings make mistakes. My order was incorrect twice, but the manager, Sierra, more than corrected and I was able to get my mom her cake in time for her birthday! The cakes are good and the service is ok but they close early whenever they choose so you can't make it in there by 7 which is ridiculous. If you're not going to stay open until 7pm then change your hours online to 6:45 so people don't drive down there for nothing. Stop closing early and then telling people you were slow so you shut down all the registers before the posted closing times. I even called 15-20 minutes before closing to ask if they had certain flavors left to which they told me yes they do and then purposely closed early when I got there and wouldn't let me in. Obviously I'm calling to ask what they have today so I can pick them up today. With employees like this I'm sure this location will be out of business before long. read more

Never had an issue w quality before today so I am surprised to see product like this and the stores response that this was ok. The presentation of these buntlets were so bad, I wish we saw this before we got home. However after reaching out to the store to let them know that all three buntlets had issues, they asked us to drive back to the store to show them, which was out of our way. I suggested to email the owner to provide pictures. Which are attached to this review. Basically these were part of a gift. If not, I would have gone with it. But all three cakes looked cut in half and smashed into the tray. Weird. The response back from the owner (Carol Badal) said this was normal and offered for our recipient to drive down to the store and get one free buntlet. This person lives 1 hr away and can't drive anymore. So that's not going to happen. I just wonder when quality standards changed and how this is ok. We won't be back. read more

Normally I love this place but the customer service has seriously gone down hill. Called them at 5:55pm to double check them closing at 6pm (got stuck in traffic on the way over). Told the lady my GPS showed I would be there at 5:59pm + parking... and asked if that was OK. She said not a problem, and that they would be there... once I parked my car and half ran over to the shop, It was 6:01pm - obviously the door was locked. I knocked on the door to try and wave so I could pick up my order. They would not even look up from the register or the mopping the floor... making sure to not put any eye contact on me at the door. Don't get me wrong, I get it they want to close and go home. But I literally just got off the phone with them a couple minutes ago and they knew I was going to be there as the store was closing... I usually buy at the Temecula location and since moving to Murrieta I am still finding all of my regular spots. I'm glad I gave this location our business because they were kind, immediately greeted me and were quick to assist me.
