While there are many La Michoacanas, this one stands out because it is clean, the staff is friendly, and the ingredients used are fresh! I ordered a mangonada and the staff member made sure the scoops of mango filled the cup (adding the chamoy and tamarindo at the end). It hit the spot on this warm day. I also ordered a vanilla ice cream cup and the portions were generous. There is something for everyone- smoothies, esquites, different ice cream flavors, chips, etc. The pricing is on the more expensive side but it's great to support Latino businesses.

The best bionico I've EVER tasted! They put hella fruit in there! Different varieties, too! The yogurt is yummy and the granola and nuts don't taste old and stale like other places. I practically lick the container clean, lol. Tonight we discovered they have agua frescas and ordered their pineapple mango. Super yummy and I love that they don't mix ice in it so it's not watered down. The same girl served us the two times we've been and she's super sweet. They let me sample stuff. There is so much to choose from but I'm always craving the bionico! I want to try their dipped ice cream next time. Their scooped ice cream is house made and they have so many flavors. The place is super clean and the staff is always friendly. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. I ordered bionico at California Ranch while we picked up food this past weekend and was HELLA disappointed. All it had was apples and bananas. Had to come back here to get my fix and it had me doing my happy dance again! 10/10 recommend.

That's a dangerously good combination (Sorry I don't have any pictures) but a MUST TRY. Also learned that they make all of their ice cream in house. Personally not a huge ice cream fan but have tested a few samples and it is very good. Just came in yesterday for a Shaved Ice and soooo good and also filling. Got a size small ($5.25) with added chopped strawberries ($1), and this even a small can be a shareable item or as a meal. Service here is great! They are very open to make recommendations and answer any questions. Each time I've come in every person has been very friendly and helpful. Finally would like to mention how clean this place is! It's not very often that you can see your food being prepped right in front of you. You call also see how they store everything to keep it cold.

Good location, nice, bright, and clean with seating if you would like to enjoy your treat inside. I wanted to try the Mangonada, but they were out of mango. I tried the Pineapplenada and it was delicious ! The service was quick, easy, and friendly. This place is legit and I will definitely be back!

First time here and there were so many tasty options. The girl that was helping me was super sweet and answered all of my questions. There are tons of flavors to choose from and there are also paletas in case you want a compact treat. I got the Kiwi Strawberry and Mango Chamoy paletas with chips. The parking was easy and the shop was very nice. Will definitely be stopping by again to try more flavors. Thank you! read more

I stopped by this quaint shop this afternoon. It specializes in ice cream which they make in house. The fruit sorbets are completely natural. The lime sorbet was white with no artificial coloring. They also serve ceviche, hot dogs, tortas, and sandwiches. This is a family-run business that's been here for over four years. Our family loves coming here for a dessert or salty treat! The menu has a lot of options. We usually come for the mangoneadas! I love that the girls and guy are always super polite and friendly. I ordered a diablito de limon, and got what looked and tasted like a raspado de tamarindo. I wish I would've gotten a photo before throwing it away. My husband took it back and asked for them to change to a diablito and she said that we would have to order a mangoneada and just substitute the ice cream flavor. That "diablito" (raspado whatever it was) was not limon at all! I don't understand how they can advertise it as diablito de limon and it has no icecream of limon. & they charged him again for the order to be "fixed". That's not fixing it, they charged him for a new order. If it would have been me I wouldn't have paid anything anymore and left without anything. Bad customer service! read more

OMG Truly amazing. I recently went here and the service and selection of flavors was overwhelming. There service was so awesome. I asked for a frozen banana for my son and he really liked Oreo and they don't normally offer it but said since we make them fresh we'll go ahead and make you one and it came out so amazing. So many places forget about customer service and this ice cream store definitely understands it. We will be back many times. Rick and his Brother are truly about a great customer experience. My daughter & I stopped in today to check this place out. They offer some of our favorite snacks. My daughters ice cream was truly creamy and delicious. A brand new La Michoacana in Murrieta and it's full of the fresh yumminess!! Fresh house made sorbets and ice cream! All the fresh fruits & Mexican toppings/candies! As more time passed, I noticed customers who ordered both before and after me receiving their orders while I was still waiting. At that point, I started to feel like my order may have been missed. I checked a second time and explained that I felt like my order may have been missed. The gentleman who helped me was much kinder than the first person I spoke with and was apologetic, which I appreciated. Finally, another employee, who I believe was the owner's husband, asked to see my receipt and discovered that my order had been misplaced. I received my cinnamon rolls around 8:30 AM. While I understand that popular items can take time, it was frustrating to find out that my order had actually been misplaced after I had already asked about it twice. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the owner's husband for being honest about what happened and the gentleman for taking the time to help. Bigger than the other franchises, and the TASTE IS AMAZING! You can taste the real fruit. Instead of eating a spoonful of sugar,ice, and artificial flavor... you crunch amd munch on the fruit. Instead of spoonfuls of salty mangoniada and chamoy, there's a great balance of everything in the cup. Since they've opened, I've visited twice a week and once on Sunday. I've gone to many of the franchises here in Riverside county and Los Angeles, but this one is my favorite. Great job to the staff, and thank you for giving us great quality foods. read more

As a business owner, it's clear when a workplace lacks leadership and accountability. What I observed here was a lack of proper training, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior toward employees. New staff were not supported and were met with dismissive and rude responses instead of guidance. This kind of environment reflects weak management and ultimately affects both employees and customers. I would strongly encourage ownership to take a closer look at how their team is being managed. read more
