Stopped by a couple weeks ago to investigate and ask questions, after a workout at the gym within the same complex. Enter Briana. Even found out her & I have very similar taste in flavors of cakes. I inquired about the Lemon Raspberry Bundtlet that was on the sign I saw outside. Briana said it's her favorite but will only be making a guest appearance until the Aug 20th. Mental note duly noted. Low & behold on Aug 20th, I strolled back inside and Briana remembered me. Asked if I "wanted 2 Lemon Raspberry Bundtlet Cakes for my BOGO Free?" I said "nope, wifey told me she wants the Chocolate Chocolate Chip." While Briana was gathering and packing up the order, she told me all about their Rewards Program & Club and the perks included. Sold to guy in the Nike hat & Sneakers. To join it's Free and who doesn't like FREE CAKE you their Bday? Now on to the cake.... Soft and moist and extremely delicious. Not too sweet yet sweet enough. Not overly complimented with frosting but just enough. It was so good we both ate half and saved the other half for the next night. Speaking of which, the Bundtlet's stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. But I don't think too many people can make it last that long. Being that wifey & I recently celebrated our 14th Anniversary...I hereby declare YEAR 14...The Year of the Bundtlet. Lastly, that same evening I contacted customer support to ask a question about the Rewards Club. Was blown away when I immediately received an email response answering my questions. Whether Pam is AI or not, I'm extremely impressed with their Customer Support Team. Something that is lacking in today's world. But always important to me. When I was a little girl, my mother owned a dog grooming salon right next to this cake place. I would always find their treats in the staff fridge, and I'd always beg my mom if I can have some. I was a very bashful and anxious kid when my mom had given me money and told me to go next door to get one. I was scared but I sucked it up and went in and was immediately comforted by the light, sweet smell inside and the pastel coloring. Then after many years again, I went back to another Bundt Cakes place somewhere else with my boyfriend, celebrating his 16th birthday together. My younger self would have been so happy to hear that. I was given a slice of red Velvet Cake...very fresh and sweet...no staleness this time

I actually wanted to leave a negative review, and let me explain why. I bought a large bundt cake for my girlfriend's birthday right before the 4th of July. The cake was so insanely good that it sent both of us straight into a bundt-induced coma. We were completely incapable of getting dressed, putting on shoes, or preparing for the holiday festivities (while my parents patiently waited for me to come over and fire up the BBQ). Eventually, we managed to snap out of it--but before we could leave, we had to have just one more slice. That was a fatal mistake. One more bite and we spiraled into another cake coma, drooling, unable to form words or sentences. We passed out all over again from sheer bundt overload. By the time we came to, the 4th of July was basically over. My parents were furious and left empty-handed, their grill master a no-show. It was incredibly disappointing to discover that something could taste so good it would sabotage an entire holiday. We visited the store on 5/2/25 and discovered that they are no longer offering a vanilla bundtlet cupcake-- we can't get the most basic cake. The price continues to increase as I have stated before (and they have "justified" with a response). We asked if the vanilla cake is offered at other Nothing Bundt Cake locations, and we were told that they have been discontinued at Palm Desert and La Quinta only. There have been only 3 cake flavors that have brought us back over the years- Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Chocolate. Now 2 of the 3 flavors are no longer available at Palm Desert/La Quinta. Unfortunately I tried a different nothing Bundt cakes location hoping the cake would taste better. It didn't. I ordered a strawberries & Cream. The 60 dollar one. It was bad. Like bad bad. The cake was very dry. I was afraid if I ordered it too early, this would happen and unfortunately it did. It was somewhat of a birthday ruiner as well as a waste of money. Got my friends birthday cake there. I had never eaten their cakes before. It was absolutely delicious and we even got a gluten-free cake that was just as good as the regular cake. I took it to a dinner party and everybody loved it and said that they get cakes here all the time and it's one of their favorites. I'm glad I finally experienced it for myself. Nothing Bundt spectacular! We ordered a Carrot Bundt Cake for my boyfriends mom and it's SO cute! I placed a phone order with Brett and he made ordering super simple. Excellent cakes of various sizes. Always nicely packaged. I haven't had one I haven't loved. The presentation no matter how small is always beautiful. The cream cheese icing is divine and works on all the cakes. Most recently I had the pumpkin spice cake and it was heavenly. My usual go to is the red velvet which is delicious with chocolate chips mixed in just enough to remind you it is about chocolate. Oh and they also have an array of great gift items to choose from. This location it's kind a hard to fine and the people that work here I have to tell you were a little irritating. They were actually kind of rude the way they handled the Covid situation. I watched a lady enter the store right as another lady and her child were walking out and a very rude lady snapped at her and told her to wait outside until the other people were completely out of the building. Again come on people give us a break. Everyone is wearing a mask and everyone is following the rules you don't need to snap at 80-year-old woman that walked in the door 14 seconds before she should've. Now I'm not going to allow that rude outbreak change my opinion of the store. Again it's a difficult location to find and I think the staff needs a little bit of training but the product is great and I highly recommend if you have never had the chance to enjoy what this place has to offer then you are missing out. read more

Expectation-Before I went in I was expecting another bakery/sweet shop. Whenever I have craved something sweet I'm used to going to an ice cream shop or a donut place...but I saw this place when I was walking by and I heard good things so I decided...heck why not! I visited this store after work because I had a coupon in the mail for the mini bundts. I decided, why not try them out. Turned out to be a great decision. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, even though the girl that greeted me was still busy with a customer. Something like that is enough to impress me customer service-wise. After she helped them, she was able to help me choose which flavors would be the best for my mini bundts. Turned out, all the ones I had are delicious. The cakes were nice and moist, definitely good quality. I brought them home and ate one after dinner and kept the others in the fridge. These cakes last quite a while refrigerated, so don't worry about eating them all in one sitting. The only reason I docked a star was that the cakes are kinda expensive. It is great for special occasions though. I'm definitely considering coming here to get a cake for the office some time. read more

I stopped in the other day to grab a 8" confetti bundt cake for a co workers birthday and it was a home run from every person that tried it and we have some very picky individuals at my shop haha.
