My boyfriend walked in and let them know we had arrived as well. They told him "We will make that right now!" We proceeded to wait 55 minutes, almost an ENTIRE hour for our cookies. I had a phone call so I waited. I went in, and was told "oh your order has been cleared. We will start working on it." No apologies, no empathy, NOTHING. An hour for their mistake, and nothing was done to apologize or even remotely rectify the situation. We watched multiple people go in and receive their orders no problem. I also witnessed an employee standing toward the front of the room just dancing and singing. Not working or being helpful at all. This location needs some serious help before it goes under.
