Called the store more than once to first check status on the delay. Spoke twice to Riley. She remained poised and calm each time. Very solutions oriented. Spoke once with Kate. My delivery fee was refunded. One hour later Cassandra delivered 3 dozen beautiful bundtinis complete with the requested flags in each. Great customer service! Bundtinis were perfect for big party of 40 and just as festive and easy to grab (no need to cut and serve). It can be pricey for $96 (without decorations) for 36 pieces. Lemon and red velvet were the perfect bite. I went in today to get a free small bundt cake because it's my birthday. When you sign up for the birthday club they give you one on your birthday. The place was inviting once again and it looked magical inside. However, this time a girl with a big smile on her face said hello. When she asked what she could get me I showed her my email. Delicious! Ordered 2 cakes within the last two weeks for birthdays and they were the perfect size. Able to enjoy it the day after and super moist, dense and just perfect. Love the flavor options and the frosting is so good. So many options for decorations/occasions and they do an excellent job with packaging. I also love how easy it is to place an online order and that all of the pricing is available upfront. I just really had an excellent experience that I can't believe I haven't ordered from here in the past. They have had the banana flavor two separate times now, and I have gone to the store many times and been told they are sold out at 1:00 in the afternoon. This has happened both times they were a featured flavor, and multiple visits each time. I have been told to come back tomorrow, which indicates that they have all the ingredients, they just choose to make a very limited amount for the very limited time they are available. As I was finishing my treat over by Yogurtland, I immediately went straight to this unique cake style called nothing Bundt cakes. There seemed to be many women coming in and out of this place and after walking in, I knew why. Most of the stuff inside the store are catering to children and family. The vibrant colors and decoration all over was peaceful. Then, came the menu with all its prices and types of cake. The cake has white frosting that come down from the cake in a wormlike pattern which I thought was unique. They have cupcakes, 8 inch cakes, 10 inch cakes and different assorted accessories like cards, cups and other Saran wrapped goodies. Personally, I feel the value of the cake is very expensive. Although the cakes are unique, I wish they would lower the prices. The 8 inch cake was approaching $30 and we all know that Porto's is definitely way higher quality than this at the same price. Then after that, depending on the customization could reach 60-70$ which is crazy! The decoration was nice, you get to try samples of the cake of the day in a small area to the corner of the store. The taste is what I call bizarre. It has a texture of eating a sponge but with a very sugary flavor. Similar to eating angel food Cake, but strong sweet flavor. The frosting just overkill's the sweetness and I just can't really eat more than a nibble of it. The flavors and the texture don't match along with the quality and price tag. There are plenty of choices you can choose from a variety of different customizations, but at the end of the day, you get the same design with an odd outlook of just white frosting worms dripping down from the top. I find this unique but also strange. Pictures will be shown. No bathrooms, no WiFi and no places to sit inside. Overall, I'd say give it a shot but don't be surprised if the Cake is super sweet. Customer service was also average. The employees didn't smile or greet me when coming in. read more

My amazing girlfriend decided to surprise me with a few of the mini cakes on my birthday! We'd walk by this place but never really had the occasion to try out their cakes, boy am I glad I got these on my birthdays. The strawberries and cream tasted like really fresh strawberries and even though I'm really picky with processed strawberry taste this one was really good. The red velvet was my personal favorite because of how moist it was.. I can't tell you the amount of times I've tried red velvet and felt like drinking 3 gallons of water after. This was not the case here. Last but not least was the GF chocolate chip, moist, delicious, with fresh and non processed tasting chocolate chips. First time here. Didn't like the crowd but loved the cakes. This shop is located in an outdoor strip mall with a big lot in the center. The lot was busy but I was able to easily find a spot. This NBC was adorable. A handful of displays were spread out on the floor and the front display case was filled with a great assortment of yummy bundt cakes in different sizes. I arrived at around 11 a.m. and there was already a line. The line moved relatively quickly but I felt slightly rushed when I was up. I didn't want to hold up the line. Instead of choosing my flavors, I ordered the baker's choice dozen bundtinis which came with three flavors (chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry, and red velvet). The cute box came out quickly and I was on my way within 15-20 minutes. The bundtinis were perfect for the small gathering I was attending. The presentation was great and the taste was amazing! The bundtinis were the perfect size to try more than just one. White chocolate raspberry was a favorite but they were all moist and sweet. Customer service was super friendly and helpful. Everyone loves bunt cakes they just makes sense. Goto spot for cakes. They do close 6pm even if you call and you're 1 minute passed 6pm the doors are locked and you will not be able to purchase. Customer service is whatever, more younger crowd lacking in customer service etiquette. It's really just pick a cake and bounce type of service. I think the whole chain just doesn't really bother to train their staff which is fine. Just be more focused on the product not the service you'll be good. I love Bundt Cakes. Ordered 36 mini's 2 dozen with fronting, I paid extra for some rose flower toppers ($12.00) per dozen. And I ordered one dozen mini's without frosting. Day before I received a call to clarify that I had not ordered frosting on one of the dozen, I clarified my orders as above and thanked her for checking. Day of pick up a gentleman gave us the 3 boxes and in painstakingly detail instructions on how to store for the next day; flat don't tip (Frosting will be damaged) how to open the box and how to reclose the box with the additional roses in a cellophane bag and to take out 45 minutes before serving. Did not open the boxes, stored and pulled out as instructed. Time for serving many of the guest were around the area and to my surprise there were 36 mini bundt cake, ALL WITHOUT FROSTING. Since there was no frosting the roses were not used. I went to the store today to return the roses and show my receipt along with a picture of the naked mini's. Response: Oh I'm so sorry. I showed her the receipt, she said it was because I checked no frosting on the last dozen. I tried to explain how I did not check no frosting on the other 2 dozen, and she blamed it on a computer glitch. Although I was called the day before to clarify. The roses were intact, never opened, was not offered a refund for them. I left quite disappointed. I expected; here is the refund for the roses. Nope, we are sorry. Advise to all those who also love "nothing but bundt cakes" as I do. Check your order before you leave the store; lesson learned. read more
