I get that in-person orders need to be taken, but my order was already in the system well before theirs. When I finally managed to talk to an employee, she just shoved me off to wait in another line to talk to her coworker. Once I reached the coworker, she acknowledged my order and promised they'd "push it out in just a second." Instead, a group that ordered six drinks after I had already been waiting ended up getting served ahead of me. They pushed out around 10 drinks for other people while I stood there waiting well over 20 minutes for a single macchiato. To make matters worse, once my drink was finally made, it just sat on the counter for two minutes before anyone even bothered to hand it to me. Great bakery, but their mobile ordering prioritization and drink counter service are completely broken. Stick to the pastries. this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by their drinks, but it will be the last.
