Had a wonderful experience at the golden valley Baskin Robbin's location! Giselle was very friendly and helpful. The moment I walked in she had a sweet smile and a friendly hello. I was excited to come in today as today is the drop of their peppermint cappuccino freeze! With it being the month of December peppermint was the perfect taste to go for a festive season month. I highly appreciated Giselle assistance about signing up on the app and explaining how rewards and promotions work. She even let me know that on Dec 7 scoops will be 80cents! (But you have to use the app) Peppermint cappuccino was absolutely delicious with pieces of peppermint on the top, chocolate drizzle and whip cream. We sat in our car until the people left the Baskin Robins because they are always packed. I watched as Emily started washing the windows of the store. After waiting on a large crowd she cleaned every table and her counters. Then the windows inside and out. I have not seen such a dedicated worker in my life. I thought she must be a Manager and if she isn't she ought to be. When I had my own firm I would have hired her! She dropped an ice cream scooper and put it in the sink and got a new one. She gave us perfect scoops and they were delicious! The inside was immaculate.Families, singles, 20 something and older people are here and sitting inside and out visiting. It looks like the United Nations and everyone is polite and gets along. They have a restroom and not all Baskin Robins do. Emily was quick and efficient. She doesn't get upset with people when they are annoying but maintains her professionalism. I like this one the best. We always have a great experience going in there. read more

Frozen was the theme but I didn't like the design Disney had for the signature cake. So I order cake topper decorations on Amazon and chose a cake here to fit my theme. They have super cute summer designed ups for the kiddos that include mermaid, unicorn, and monster. You can pretty much pick any ice cream flavor you want but they put it in a cute little cup and top it with colored sugar sprinkles and either a mermaid tail, unicorn horn, or monster eye! First, my child ordered a banana split with strawberry, vanilla and Golden Oreo ice cream topped with caramel, whipped cream and cherries. Tara is freaking amazing, she and her husband own this place which I was lucky enough to work at when I was younger. She made a delicious cake for my daughters first birthday party and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. It was a super moist white cake with strawberry filling, she literally goes above and beyond for her customers. They specialized in ice cream cakes but she fulfilled my request of no ice cream perfectly and combined two full sheets of white cake with a delicious whipped strawberry filling. I went in yesterday to order a birthday cake for my 4 year old . I had a conversation with employee about the cake design I wanted, choosing Dinosaur pals design . I explained that I wanted the textured sandy floor , bones , leaves and borders . The associate who helped me apologized and offered me a chance to come back tomorrow for another cake but that did no good being my son's birthday was that day. Instead of getting the cake I ordered I settled for a cake that was a completely different design and flavor cake. It didn't go with my birthday theme deco. You May think it's not a big deal for me to get so upset over a cake but I had higher expectations & standards for a franchise that charges over $30 for a 6" round cake.
