This was my first time at "Nothing But Nails" in Spring Hill. I have been going to nail salons for many years; this is by far the best manicure I've had since moving to Tennessee. Julie (the owner) was fast and efficient, the detail that was given to me, well lets just say I haven't seen that since leaving California!! I love Dip Powder, but Julie went beyond this and I got the new "chrome" look!!! Julie blew me away with her incredible, artistic talent. Nice clean facility, wait time was minimal. First problem was I let them talk me into gel polish rather than the original color I picked out. My first choice was a sheer cream, natural with a little shine. None of the gel polish was close, settled on the one shown. Paint isn't even to the edges on every nail as shown. Went to pay and was told my total was $60, for a gel fill. That's what you pay for a full set?! Total wait and service time was 1 1/2 hrs. Not worth the time, cost, and overall outcome. read more

I have been here 2 or 3 times at this point and it's the best place I've been lately. I live in Columbia, TN and haven't found anyone that does dip polish the correct way, they all cut corners and put gel on top in Columbia. I got a recommendation to go here and my dip nails have been fantastic. I have gotten a pedicure twice and the guy did an amazing job, the lady did an average job. The guy gave better massages, but other than that they cleaned my toes perfectly and I've been very happy. I'm going back today and expect another great job. read more

End up spending $60 ... when checking out it was $47 I was paying part with cash .. then the worker said it was $60 instead of $47 Polish is not smooth with rough spots all in it. This is the 3rd time I have been to Nothing But Nails and have been satisfied with every visit. They have a huge selection of gel and regular polishes to choose from. Just moved to Spring Hill and decided to find a nail salon. I called prior to get the pricing so I knew what to expect for their services. However when it came time to pay - the price was very different from what I was quoted. Granted we had an add on so I only expected about $10 more. But when it comes to the price they add on for gel polish it seems like what they listed online for gels is only $20, but then they charged me $35???? The people were very nice and the salon is nice but I don't agree with quoting one price, publish a lower price online .. than when you pay your shocked to find it's a bait n switch situation. Needless to say I will not go back. In addition considering I paid close $100 for a Gel Mani and Pedicure - my nails should look really good. They are not shiny but tacky and dull. Wanted a girls day out and because of Covid, had to drive the 45 miles to find a place that would do 2 of us. Was very happy so I made an appointment for my husband. He has an obviously Male name. We drove the 45 miles there only to be told the man who was to do the pedicure won't do men! Very upset they wasted our time and money. read more

I will not be back!!! I waited 30 minutes after i had an appointment to only receive a 25 minute pedicure. Quickest pedicure ever!!! He did not do any cuticle work nor remove all the old polish. Needless to say for $28 for 25 min of work, he did not get a tip! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. First off I never complain about anything it has to be REALLY bad for me to even contemplate going back and asking for a redo, refund or something. My sister is getting married and she made an appointment for her, my mom, and I to have a nice pedicure before the wedding. This was Monday at 4pm- Of course she wanted to be pampered so we got the most expensive one a whole 85$ with the paraffin and such not to mention I get gel on my toes. I was maybe in the chair getting my pedicure for a total of 35 mins and they did not get my cuticles or under my toes. I didn't say anything because my sister is getting married and I didn't want to hurt her feelings being this was the place she chose to go. When we were checking out we were being pushed out the door because they were shutting down literally turning the lights off. We get in the car and my sister still has blue toes under her French because they didn't fully get the polish off. My mom also said they didn't touch her cuticles or under her nails. Fast forward to today (Wednesday) at 2pm I went up there to just express my concerns about my toes to the manager and that they looked like there had just been gel slapped on toes that hadn't been groomed and she said there was nothing she could do that cuticles and nails grow within 2 days and that's why they could look the way they do. I asked her so there is nothing you can do whatsoever considering my mom sister and I were all unhappy and my sister had to go ahead to her destination wedding in another state and I'm leaving tomorrow and she said sorry I can't redo or give you a refund. The worst service I've ever encountered for nails, and all I had was gel removal. The tech did not file the top of my nail before adding the dry cotton balls for the wrap(I did mention that they could use some more acetone, but they insisted that it was wet enough) , I sat there for almost an hour, for then to take the foil off, file my nail, put the foil back on, and add acetone, and sit for longer. During the take off of gel, they filed well passed the gel which made my nails look horrible. No oil was added when finished. Then still tried to charge full price. I have tried every nail place in Spring Hill over the past four years, and this place IS THE ONE TO GO TO! I even prefer it over the many places I have tried in the Franklin area as well. The interior is also the very best looking because of their choice of warm paint colors, it doesn't look stark white and pepto-pink (bleck!). Go with the Gel mani! They also give you a great massage with every pedi unlike some places who give you a quick rub and call it a massage. If I need a mani or pedi, this is where I love going the most! If you have unlimited time to spend waiting / getting a pedi, then this is your place. I admit I was a walk-in, and while I expected to wait, she told me 20 minutes and didn't take me back to a chair for over 40. It was another 20 minutes before anyone started my service. The service then lasted about 30 minutes, and would have probably been longer, but I told her I had to leave in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, she hadn't even started painting my nails yet! I was about to tell her to forget it, but she did a quick polish job, and I rushed out. Overall, it was over an hour and a half. I usually don't have that kind of time, but my feet look much better and the leg massage was great, so it's a toss up. Probably won't be going back unless I can't find a better salon. read more

Thought I'd try new nail salon. The girl did a great job on my nails - BUT the only words said were - Pink & White"? and the after all was done - $35.00. That was the extent of conversation!!! My sister and I stopped by today for pedicures. They got us into chairs right away and let us soak in the spa chairs while we waited about 10 minutes for the nail techs to finish with current clients. Being able to sit and relax in the massage chairs while waiting, was great. When the techs finally came over they added new warm water to the tubs and began working. We paid for just the basic pedicure but it was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever received the nail techs talked and joked with us the entire time. We will definitely be returning! read more

This nail salons is dirty, the floor and the tables. The workers speak to each other about us and when people leave they continue in English. The Tony is nasty and dictates to Julie his wife I believe they are the owners and keep a dirty salon. Tracy is about the best and the old ladies are sweet. They do not stand behind there work and always in a rush to the point they do not Ollie u to wash your hands, and send you on your way without cream and chalky hands. I am from NJ and wanted a basic mani/pedi. I called at 12:30 on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate me right away. I don't know if this is always the case but , it was graduation weekend so that may have been lucky for me. Julie was wonderful. The facility is clean and attractively decorated. Went to this location for the first time this sat to treat myself to a bday mani and pedi. I was not impressed with the way my feet were done. It was sloppy and it was also not at all what i expected! My toes still have some rough skin, the cuticles were NOT removed as they should be and the paint is not done correct on each nail. needless to say, sloppy, quick and $$$ I was hoping for my nails to be better but again it was the same. No cuticles removed correctly, paint was not fully covering all nail areas and it was quick. My nails were just done and it looks like i need another Mani asap due to bad polishing!! needless to say, I will look for other locations in the area of just stick to the Franklin/Brentwood salons. read more

I decided to go here because all the reviews were positive. Terrible experience. I walked in and was seated right away. The technician filled the bowl with cold water. I told her twice it was ice cold. Then she added a little warm water but didn't drain the cold. I asked for hot water again. She never made it even Luke warm. Several others complained she was giving them cold water. The woman next to me asked a different technician to refill hers and got hot water. So I know they had hot water. She cut two of my toes while trimming the nails. They bled! Then she did callus removal so hard there is broken skin on my arches which don't have any calluses or dry skin. It hurts to walk now. My heels weren't even very dry and weren't cracked to begin with. Then the nail polish. I chose red. She got polish all over my toes and didn't clean it off. Then it was also obvious that the nails were trimmed extremely crooked. No evenness or straight lines. I was so annoyed I just paid and left. I'll never be going back. When I get a pedicure, I think it's reasonable to expect them to do a better job than I could do myself. That is far from what I got. read more

I made an appointment for two pedicures as soon as the store opened. They took me on time, and seated me quickly but the pedicure water was cold. I asked two times to warm the water up, and then she began to work on my feet. I finally had to ask her again if she was going to warm the water up, or else I stated I would just leave. She hastily turned on the warm water and then grabbed my foot. I jerked my foot back and then really became annoyed, but I decided to stay because I already made an appointment. The pedicure was lackluster at best; I could've done it myself. I decided to get a shellac manicure, and thank goodness someone else completed the manicure. Again, the manicure was lackluster at best. I still look like I am in need of a manicure. I definitely won't be back to this place. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
