It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Bisbee Roadside Service was called and within 30 minutes were at scene. The owner of the company happened to be the tech to get this Benz running! Jose Medina knew exactly what to do and how to battery jump my car. I had no idea where the battery was which was not needed as I find out it's under the front passenger seat! Bottom line Bisbee saved the day from being rotten. My insurance covered the event and Jose mentioned that standard charge for attending such a issue would run around $ 75 and to let my friends that his business would charge only $25 depending on the distance. You DO NOT want this company coming to your aid. We waited 3.5 hours of having endless ETA go from 120 minutes, 45, back to 120... and then down to 30 just to eventually jump back up to 109 minutes yet again. It was extremely evident that this company was accepting the request from AAA, and then getting it in their cue dock to decide they didn't want to come to the economy lot at LAX (which is no where near the downtown traffic at 3 am). AAA literally had to transfer our service request to a reliable company from Whittier over forty five minutes away. Extremely frustrating and beyond disappointing service for a company only 10 miles away. If you are considering using them for even a simple battery jump, steer clear you will be sitting for hours with no result.
