They connected him with C&R towing and told him eta was 1.5 hours. 2 hours later, my husband called the towing company and they said the driver would be there in 10mins. Another 15mins passed and no one showed up. My husband called to cancel the tow since the driver hadn't arrived and informed them he would call back after we came home from the family event. * We had to be at an event at 10a and had allocated 3 hours for the whole towing to America's tire company for drop off. Nope, that plan was foiled. The morning communication and extreme delay was very inconvenient. 2 stars for this. I understand if there is an urgent pick up or traffic delay (we live in L.A.) but no communications on the delay and us having to call in frequently for check in was very annoying. Was the man on the phone nice? Yes, polite but the lack of communication on change of eta was not cool. After we returned from the event, we called to report we would be back in 30-40mins. The man on the phone said he can either get someone to go in 30mins or original 1.5 hour eta. This time the communication was way better, he called us right back to let us know it'd be the longer eta. No problem. The driver was on time and efficient. Great service. Gentle with loading the vehicle on the flat bed, got all the tires secured and off they went. Less than 30mins of time. 5 stars for the service man! I don't know what happened in the AM but it was a completely different situation than the afternoon.

This is an area we are unfamiliar with and let alone we ended up pulling into this sketchy area as it was the closest off the freeway. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. Had to leave the car at a gas station because AAA didn't have a tow truck for me at that hour. Told me it'd be 5-6 hours.... Not cool so left the car and went home via uber. A few weeks ago we used them and from the dispatch to getting their crew out to the site they were prompt and fast and most importantly very professional with great hospitality. They took very good care of the vehicle they helped us recover and treated the piece of equipment like if it was still new with care despite it being damaged. It's always negative feedback people leave but this is an occasion for positive feedback and I hope they let these two employees know they are doing a great job and most importantly doing an outstanding job representing Pepe's towing. The young man took my car right away, offered me a seat and began work immediately. He had one other customer there and worked on both of our vehicles at the same time. He took the tire off and showed me the nail embedded in the tire. He completed the job in less than twenty minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable.
