I've been seeing Bria the aesthetician at the Elian location. She got right to business and created a treatment plan for me to help with my texture, breakouts, and past acne scars. She took the time to ask me about my prior skincare treatments, my current skincare products, and taught me about what products I can introduce into my routine, and their benefits. I appreciated that she was also conscious of my budget and didn't push me to buy a whole new skin care set but suggested certain items I can eventually swap for in my current routine when I'm ready. It was also my first time doing micro-needling. Bria is very experienced, she makes it such a relaxing and fun experience. I also got to meet Amaya who helps film for social media, she was very kind, and being in a room together made my spa day feel like a fun girls day more than just a micro-needling session. I loved the experience, and most of all the results. I already see amazing results and I can't wait to keep coming back.

Terrible management and customer service--photos speak for themselves…read more While the nurse practitioner who treated me was pleasant and apologetic, my experience with the management and customer service at The Injection Room was unacceptable. I came in for Botox and Sculptra, spending $2,000. During the treatment for my crow's feet, a vein was hit, resulting in a severe, spreading black eye. I have been receiving Botox regularly for 13 years and have never experienced bruising anywhere near this level. The swelling and discoloration were so intense that I had to proactively explain what happened to colleagues at work because it looked like I had suffered a traumatic injury. What made this situation truly awful was the response from management. It took days to even receive a call back. When management finally addressed the issue, they refused any type of refund or meaningful accommodation on the $2,000 spent, simply pointing out that I had signed a release form and claiming that bruising is normal. In my opinion, brushing off this severity of bruising as "normal" shows complete disregard for client care once they have your money. Nice practitioner, but zero customer support or accountability from leadership when things go wrong. If you look at the attached photo and think that is an acceptable result for $2,000, book here. I will never return.

Jennifer at the front verified my insurance and for many of my facials it was covered by my health insurance. I have been consistent with medication, supplements, acne facial monthly paid by my insurance, as I ran out of my own skin care products I replaced with whatever they recommended. I used medical grade products prior to the last year and half when I ran out and didn't stock back up. My poor skin was out of control. Everything they have recommend has worked. The doctor was so rude and nonchalant about my medical conditions. Next appointment is for medication refills. One is zepbound for weight loss. Literally told DR. Delafuente that I was out. Informed her that my previous PCM made me a care plan and I should be tapered off. One week goes by and nothing. Second week the MA didn't know how to get ahold of the insurance and the pharmacy. People keep hanging up the phone or they just didn't call back. An MA calls me the next day to tell me my Pior Authorization was DENIED. Today I had an appointment about lumps in my armpits. Dr. Delafuente checked my lumps and came up with a game plan, then I told her about the zepbound situation, I'm going on 3 weeks and I haven't received zepbound. She told me that my medical records release form wasn't signed. She couldn't even show me what they had in records. I specifically brought my previous PCMs care plan on day one because it's important to me. While I waited for the doctor the nurses were just talking shit about me. Made the whole situation frustrating. I would never ever want anyone to go through that. Everything is old and outdated. It's like jumping into the 90s.
