It took about 1-2 hours and they did exactly what they said they did - I got a text 15 minutes before and my car was ready shy of 2 hours. I was able to walk down El Camino to Coupa Caffe (which is about 10 minute walk) and wait there. That was very convenient as I didn't have to take an uber anywhere but was able to enjoy the nice sunshine with a brisk walk. Highly recommend going to go get a coffee while you wait!
