Back home when it was all done. Look at her shine!

Wow, wow, wow! We brought our 4-year old vinyl wrapped Lexus GX here. Supreme quoted us a fantastic price and got started a couple days after the quote. So professional and superb at communicating during the process, including 3 of the photos I have included. We knew the vinyl wrap was "baked on" in a couple of places, so really didn't know the quality of the paint underneath and knew it could be a pain to remove. Supreme did a stellar job, then offered to detail it, to cover a couple scratches we knew we had. Our well loved rock crawler is now stunningly gorgeous! Hard to believe she's almost 9 years old!

The last few cars I bought were from craigslist and couldn't be happier. I loathe going to car dealerships, I especially thought these smaller lots would have even slimier car salesman. I was happy that when we arrived the car was still there and the guy (Rami?) wasn't pushy at all. He was running around helping a few other people so he didn't keep asking us questions and trying to "sell" the car. He gave us the keys for a test drive by ourselves and off we went. When we returned we had questions which he answered and even went down on the price just a bit, it was at a great price to begin with. He told us we'd need to get new tires for the car or he could drop the price a bit more and we'd get our own tires. That raised some concerns because the car is a 2006 with only 23.400 miles so why did it need new tires? Usually tires get more mileage than just 23k miles, we asked if the tires were original or switched and he couldn't answer that. I had run my own carfax before arriving (he also gave me a free one) and it had a good history plus it was serviced at the SF Honda dealership so I called them before going down. That gave me some reassurance. We settled on a price (I'd be getting the tires changed myself) and the buying process went pretty smooth and quick. A few things to make sure... * the front license plate was in the trunk so we asked them to put it on and they did. * we double checked the spare tire and it wasn't in there. they got a new one and put it in. don't assume it's in there. * i received two keys to the car but both seem to be valet keys. i didn't find this out until a week later. when i called to ask them if they had the main key or could get me a main key they said they couldn't. they have what they gave me. that's a bummer because the trunk latch in the car is locked and i can't unlock it with a valet key. to get a new Honda key is going to cost me $200. Check all the details before you leave! Overall it was a decent experience at the lot.

My case was handled quickly and effectively and I was back on the road within an hour. I had my baby with me so I was especially grateful for the timeliness and ease of service. Because Fremont Hub is right across the street, I was able to walk around target while I waited for my car to be ready - pretty much as painless as it gets! Don't be dissuaded by outdated negative reviews. This place is under new management and I highly recommend stopping in

Bought new tires and Road Hazard Protection here four weeks ago. Got a flat less than 2,000 miles…read morelater, exactly what the protection is supposed to cover, and was denied. The experience was a mess from start to finish. My 10:30 a.m. Saturday appointment turned into a two-hour wait with zero communication. I spent the afternoon calling the store repeatedly just to get a status update, finally heard back around 4:30 p.m., and was just told to come back Monday. Two trips, hours of my time, and the outcome was a denied claim and a single option: pay $95 for a replacement tire, which was more than I originally paid for the tire itself. No alternatives, no goodwill gesture, nothing. Their reason for the denial? A small fracture in my factory aluminum wheel. But I have the original installation paperwork and no wheel damage was noted anywhere. I then drove 2,000 miles without a single problem. The flat happened first. It is much more likely that the flat caused the wheel fracture than the other way around. Nobody at the store could explain how they determined the wheel was the original cause, and my own paperwork contradicts the idea that any damage was there to begin with. This is exactly the situation Road Hazard Protection is supposed to cover. Instead, the store used damage that was never documented at installation, and that I have proof of, to deny a legitimate claim and leave me with one take-it-or-leave-it option. Don't buy Road Hazard Protection here expecting it to actually mean anything.

Mixed reviews…read more What's the point of the appointment? Normally this shop was good. Friendly of course, however too friendly. Let me explain... What's the point of the appointment?? June 26, 2026 I called earlier this morning to see if I can come in at 5pm for a repair, nail in the tire. After work of course. The guy whom I spoke to, again friendly said he could help for sure but it would be better to make an appointment. I said I don't see the point of making an appointment since their team doesn't get to the people who have appointments on time. Had another experience for an 8am appointment and they didn't get to me for 40 minutes after Intaking people and talking for so long. He said that must have been a one off and they try to get everyone out in under an hour. I said I'll make the appointment but I don't want to wait 1.5 hrs for a repair. It's not fair to me to have to just wait. He makes an appointment at 4pm. 4pm rolls around, I'm there at 4:05pm. Traffic in Fremont is bad at that time. They didn't intake (see me) at my appoint until 4:45......... Then they look at my tires goes and talks to their team who says it'll be ready at 5:45pm. AGAIN!!!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE APPOINTMENT IF YOUR NOT GOING TO HONOR THE APPOINTMENT!!!! Anyways....what their team needs to do is stop allowing customers to stand there looking at each tire on the website deciding which one they want. One guy alone helped a man and his son for 40 minutes!!!!!! What's the point of the appointment?

There was no attendant at the air check station. I waited a few minutes. Then I called (no one picked up) and finally I went inside. I caught the attention of one of the employees and informed him that I was waiting to get air for my tires. He said he would get an attendant and I confirmed that I should go back to my car. I wait in my car and no one shows up. I decide to now go to the Fremont location on Beacon. Normally, there is an attendant to check the air in your tires. I drive there. An employee acknowledges I am there. Another employee says someone will be out. I waited at least 13-15 minutes before I realized--I need to go back to work! All in all--I spent 25 minutes driving around to two different locations. I sat in my car waiting and did not get any air in my tires. I drove back to work with the signal still on my dashboard. Very disappointing experiencing at both locations but especially Union City.
