Please note that one day before my car wash, I wanted to confirm if he was going to arrive and his reply was "we'll be there". On the day he was supposed to arrive, I didn't receive any notifications or even what time to expect him, so I took the initiative to send him a message and ask if he and his team would still be arriving. His reply was that he was "backed up". I understand that someone is busy, but it was way past noon and if I didn't ask if his team was coming over, I was sure I wouldn't receive any notification from him that day. Also, he asked if we could rescheduled, which wasn't really possible for me at the time because I was relocating. (I contacted him at least 1.5 weeks prior to my relocation and even asked which day was best for him) and his last reply to me was "Let me see what I can arrange". I did not receive any follow up for more than a month and that's the reason I'm providing my feedback. (Obviously I did not wait a month and not get my car cleaned. I had my car cleaned a week later after assuming that I would never receive a reply.) Overall, I'm sure his team does a good job cleaning and detailing cars, but absolutely poor time management and customer service. I would've rather receive a "sorry, we're currently booked at the moment" and be on my way to look for another car washing facility rather than waste my time waiting on someone that was not going to arrive.

Ok - You'll never guess, Friday came and went no text, no call, no service. Word on the street is that the family / business are no longer in town. Off they went with our money and our remaining car washes. ???? If so, it's fraud. And...according to FB posts there are a number of people in our community who have also been taken - which now I believe, makes it felony fraud.

He got me in quickly, which I appreciated because I am planning to loan the car to a friend soon and the car was a mess from having been parked outside for years. Long story short, he did a fantastic job on my old car, getting it terrifically clean (it hasn't looked this good since it was new). He also sent a detailed text explaining some specific things he was able to do as part of the work. I got the feeling from our correspondence and conversation that he really enjoys his work.
