He did send a moving contract over the day before. I told him I could hardly read it. It was jumping around and not very usuer friendly. He said it was a standard conact no worries. Anyway as a professional I was shocked when he called me a liar yes those words. Then I realized the 2 workers had not left and then I get a new invoice with 30 extra minutes of timetl. i could not help the fact the workers decided to stay when My daughter and I both told them to leave at 4 pm. Then the worst thing that happened when we told them to leave the first time the man in charge super fast hugged my daughter and myself. It is like he did it so fast we did not have time to say anything. But he kept coming up to our door bugging us after we said to leave so technically they were trespassing. Should have called the cops. I wrote a text late that evening going through everything but the one thing we did not know til it calmed down they had scratched the floor when they moved the refrigerator. My daughter asked them not to scoot it towards the blanket but they did it anyway. She finally talked them into her red moving bands but the damage was done but there was so much confusion once the boss sent the first invoice it was not seen til later. I honestly never saw anything with the extra $99 on it because I woukd not have signed it. It was a simple move and no need for a truck. My daughter even lent them the bands to move the refrigerator. I noticed a lot of the contract was n pale orange print which made me think that it was all done on purpose so they could get more money, especially because the guys had no reason to stay. But someone who would hug customers has some issues. You don't do that. So I would not use these guys. i waited a week before I did this. I was hoping to get it worked out. I went up to my unit on the 4th floor and found a heavy mice infestation throughout the entire floor. The minute I stepped out onto the elevator you could immediately smell the urine and dead rodents. Not to mention the traps are out in the open and exposed for all to see. Not only is this severally unsanitary but also very careless my management and Orkin their pest control provider. The mice were sitting on the traps long enough to begin decomposing.
