So excited to become your new favorite customer. I'm planning a life of travel just wanna pack my stuff up and go to all the vills ! Dollyvill Nashville Graceland and Noah's ark just the important stuff. Of course, everything in between ! If I do it right hopefully it'll take me two years . One never knows how long you're gonna keep your stuff in storage so make sure you put it in a really safe place with security, air-conditioning and friendly staff. Big flex about this place is that they let me borrow their truck to move my stuff in for a whole day !!! 25 miles free which is awesome because I'm moving locally. Karina was the best ! She gave me all the discounts that I can apply to ! She even discount is my friend Lisa F because she brought me here ! Saving money left and right!! #5Stars #TimeToMoveOn

We have driven by this storage place for many years, and today we decided to check it out. We didn't think we were going to rent anything. We were "just looking." 2 friendly associates greeted us. After a few questions, Marlene took us for a tour and showed us the abatible units. Wow were impressed not only by the faculty but by Marlene's willingness to show us all the teams they had available in our price range. Anyone interested in renting extra unit spaces, come check out Nova Storage; they have competitive pricing and two different buildings to choose from, depending on your budget. They also have cool music playing thought the building.

I just rented 2 spaces from Nova Storage in South Gate. The customer agent that helped me (Jonathan) was the best agent I've dealt with in renting storage units. I've probably rented 10-12 units in the past 20 years. Jonathan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was a class A rental experience. Jonathan and Nova are 100 times better than the place I'm currently renting from in Paramount. I'll start moving my business belongings to Nova ASAP. I highly recommend Nova and Jonathan. They have new storage units that make other storage facilities look ancient.

This review is based off the courteous staff, cleanliness and amenities more than the price. Today I was asked to help move and store some items. Paperwork and getting the truck took a little under 30 minutes. Getting in and out of storage area was quick and easy. Dual driveways in and out of location to prevent congestion, plenty of space to turn a truck around, and a clean interior environment. They should offer a cleaning service for the vehicles stored there, it would make the parking lot look more inviting. Although I was only helping with the labor and driving, and did not have anything to do with the actual payment, I was told the units were fairly priced. They have web rates and a 1$ first month special. A special perk for you locals, you get a free truck rental for up to 20 miles. Everything above was worthy of a 3 star, the extra 4th star came into play later when I realised I lost my tape measure. I called in and the representative seemed more than happy to search the truck for me, giving me a call back within 5 minutes. Thank you Jeanette. Pros -Good perks -Clean interior -Friendly staff Cons -Not informed about check-in yelp offer -Some stored vehicles looked in need of a good cleaning (I'd pay to have my beauty cleaned) read more

Marlene was very attentive to me the moment I walked in. She showed me multiple units and found the perfect fit for me! Very clean and secured establishment. I was looking for a affordable and reliable self storage and I googled a few but Nova Storage was close by and when I made the reservation I received a call from receptionist Tabitha and she explained everything I needed to know about renting a unit and was very friendly which made me more comfortable to rent with Nova. Decent for sure. PROS: Price is great, Convenient locations, Staff is friendly, plus moving truck to borrowed for free and you don't even have to put gas in it! CONS: No lighting in unit, hours close at 6pm mon-fri and then they close at 5pm on weekends I've had experience with worse bur overall these guys are legit. I would recommend Nova Storage read more

I left Public Storage highly disappointed in the way they do business due to increases in rent after 6 months of $80+. This time I searched for storage facilities with the highest ratings and Nova does not disappoint. Andrea (on-site manager) at Nova Storage is informative, accommodating and pleasant to work with. Nova is privately owned and thus doesn't have as strict guidelines as places like public storage. Storage facility is clean and well kept. Indoor storage units in the main building aren't climate controlled, but the temperatures inside don't fluctuate and maintain a reasonable range of temperature. The free local moving truck lending is a big plus. Only wish the access hours were longer, but that's the same with any local storage facility. read more

We asked 5×5 they tried to get us to 5×10 we still got our 5×5 but the girls attitude changed to rude and we didn't get to use the free truck. The 5×5 was a great choice for us as we told her it wasn't a lot of things 5×10 would of been wasted space not in use. read more

The property manager was cold not showing any empathy or support as I broke down crying because my Dad's Dallas Cowboys coat was also taken and that broke my heart and I didn't want to act out because that wouldn't solve anything. I was left by myself on a cold stairwell until the police arrived to take the report the process took over 3 months.. meanwhile I'm paying rent but feeling this was an inside job!! The claim was released afterwards I moved out! I'm at a much better location with security alarms attached to my unit and property management on the property until it closes!

I went up to my unit on the 4th floor and found a heavy mice infestation throughout the entire floor. The minute I stepped out onto the elevator you could immediately smell the urine and dead rodents. Not to mention the traps are out in the open and exposed for all to see. Not only is this severally unsanitary but also very careless my management and Orkin their pest control provider. The mice were sitting on the traps long enough to begin decomposing. Will be closing my account this month.

Let me start off by saying that Andrea and Janette where amazing they made it easy for my wife and I to get a storage unit. They where great, their customer service was amazing they didn't try to sell us on crap that we don't need like other storage units. As a matter of fact options where mentioned and let me tell you because of them my wife and I got insurance and bought a very well secured lock. We've been to other storage units in the past and they've always tried and tried to sell us on stuff we don't need. Nova storage is amazing clean inside and out doesn't have that nasty sweaty crap stanch that most storage units have. She walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. The location is very clean and has good security. The air conditioned units are a good value.
