Now that I've done it, I have to highly recommend it! It's a great setup for parties and events both corporate and private. They'll come to you which makes it highly convenient. Working with Scott, the owner, is also a pleasure. On to the escape room itself. With only thirty minutes, the main challenge is to carefully manage your time. The challenges were fun and intuitive, and teamwork is required to get through it. My group wasn't able to finish in time, but we came close! Scott also designs and creates all his props by hand, which adds wonderfully to the ambiance.

They have 6 rooms so you have a lot of choices. It is located in a fun center called Shennaniganz so you can also do bowling, arcade, axe throwing, laser tag, pointless ball and more. They also have good food and a full bar with drinks available at the escape part also, so you can do dInner, drinks, and rooms all in one place. Having a lot of rooms means you can choose one with difficulty to fit your group, and they are a chain with good production value. I'll give it 7/10 production value. The puzzles are well though out and logical so you aren't left frustrated with nonsensical leaps. This is a great introduction to escape rooms and was the first place I did an escape room, so I guess I owe them many tanks for igniting the passion for my hobby. Overall, it's a good place to do rooms, but I wouldn't consider it a high priority destination for experienced er enthusiasts. Definitely great to have locally though and waiting for them to change up some rooms. Rumor is they are going to make a scooby doo themed room next.

Overall, a really challenging but exceptionally fun room. One of the best I've done in DFW. This location is really the grandfather of DFW escape experiences. Don't let the location or look of the building fool you - they really do a great job with their three (soon to be four) rooms. Also, the pricing is one of the better deals in DFW. Just can't praise the design and overall set production enough. The staff and owners are first-rate, friendly, and just love escape rooms. One of them even wrote a book on escape room design (which we bought)! We'll be back for the third room (already did Captain Skully) and, once complete, the fourth room.

The gift we got was for Aunt Carol's closet, which is a 45min room and technically meant for kids, but don't be fooled, it's tough! 2 adults and we had 10 minutes to spare after solving. We had only done 1 escape room before, so o was glad we started with something shorter, and on the easier side. Now that we've really done it, I feel more confident going to do another one! The space is really nice and they even have cool shirts you can by if you want to rep the business. Sutton helped get us set up with our room, and he was so helpful and friendly! The room that we did (Principal's Office) wasn't correctly set up. We ended up solving a 60 minute room in under 30... But only because key puzzles were solved purely on accident. Random magnets popped doors open prematurely, and cards weren't erased properly after previous users ( you could still see the writing from the last team). We could have overlooked some of this as flukes... But Amber, the "gamemaster" was patronizing and unhelpful. She wouldn't even take the time to explain how the puzzles should have worked. Instead, she claimed she had to get the room set up for the next group, and didn't have time to explain things to us... With 30 minutes still left on the clock! When you're spending the kind of money you are on an experience like this, the least one should expect is courteous, helpful staff, and a game room that works Save your time and your money. Go someplace else. (Only giving the place one star because I can't post anything otherwise).
