Visited on Christmas Day with our family and had an absolute great time. Music is great, food is also great (recommend the garlic Parmesan bone in wings). We don't drink but the bar inside the bowling alley has large tvs, pool tables and welcoming and friendly bartenders. (Place your food orders in the bar). When it comes down to it as long as it's clean, you can bowl without much issues, no issues with returning bowling ball, and overall friendly service. Horrible service. Went to go bowling with my wife and son(9 year old). The ball return was taking way too long, he can only use the 6 pound balls, and it took 10 mins for a single ball to return. We bowled 3 frames in 35 minutes and the only thing they could offer us was to go and retrieve his ball after every throw if they were available to do so. No refund or gift card was even offered. Paid 45$ for nothing. Don't waste your money here. The bartender was friendly though. read more

This place hosted our travel league this weekend. Staff was really attentive to our needs. Makaiya was very good worker, keeping all of the bowling and common areas clean. Kept the right games on the screens. She is a great employee. One thing needs more attention was restrooms need a deep cleaning, especially the walls in the stalls of men's room. I had a Groupon which lead me here, however unbeknownst to me they offer daily specials. So we visited on a Tuesday and it seemed like half the place was bowling leagues and the other half was daycares. We waited for approximately 30 minutes for a lane and in the meantime ordered some nachos from the snack bar. Please if you are dreading this, do NOT fall into the trap of ordering the nachos just because they are $2. The chips were cold & the cheese was extremely salty and not hot. My 10 year old stated they tasted like "dog food". We picked out a ball, and I'll admit that I have some chunky fingers and I bowl with an 8lb ball, however there wasn't any that I could comfortably get my fingers into! I had to ask the guy at the front desk a couple of times to put the bumpers up so that we could get started but once we got started it was enjoyable. The bumpers were set so they went down when the adults were bowling and would come up when the little one was bowling and the bowling alley itself was clean. They also have a bar & grill, an arcade and a pro shop. The guys in the pro shop were extremely nice & helpful if you are looking for your own ball & shoes. Overall we had a good time & should want to bowl again we will keep this place in mind. read more

I loved having my daughters and sons birthday parties here. As a suggestion, I definitely think the birthday child should be free, considering the amount of attendees at a party and package pricing or maybe provide some kind of free token incentives for game play for the birthday child. The bowling was AWESOME for all of us. We had a private party room and Kailey was such a great hostess. The pizza slices are huge (only for the party attendees) but we always have extra so parents get to grub too. Plenty of drinks as well. I like how this time around they had a mascot that came out for the bday girl/boy. You can snap photos at that time and it's just cool seeing the expressions on the kids faces. It's an older bowling alley but there are a lot of lanes, it's clean and the staff is helpful! We went on a Saturday night around 7:30pm and bought an hour. It's a little pricey but from the pricing menu it is more expensive on the weekends. It was worth it! The bowling ball selection is okay... we ended up sharing our bowling balls with our neighbors because they couldn't find the right size. Daughters soccer team had a whole family gathering here last weekend. I have to say I had a good time as well as my daughter enjoying herself. It's got a lot of room and even though busy the service was pretty speedy. The food was a bit hit or miss, if you stick with the appetizers I think you're better off. Prices weren't bad on things and there was one stellar app stand out. It was a cream cheese stuffed and bacon wrapped jalapeno. Not done in a typical style but as halves almost like potato skins would come out. These things were the Juliet to my Romeo, I'm here to tell ya. Malfunctioning lane equipment and disconnected staff. We rented a lane by the hour for a family of 4. We usually bowl 2 games in an hour. The pin setter took for ever cycling between balls and constantly dropped pins after the first ball. Finally the lane just froze up. The lane mechanic told us he would move us so we could finish our game before our time was up. He was the only shining light. He was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned. He even talked to the front desk who added 10 minutes for us to finish our game. Unfortunately the lane they moved us to also broke down and damaged the couple next to us ball. When we turned in our shoes the person at the front desk looked up long engulf to nod at the counter she wanted us to put them on and went back to what're it was she was doing. The fact that we were given a lane that was known to have a problem was unacceptable. We paid for an hour but lost a lot of time waiting for the lane to fix itself. Wow. Went here with the fam last Sunday. First my little pager didn't go off when my food was ready. I walked up to the counter to ask what was going on and saw my food sitting there, on the counter, cold. Nobody was around to ask about it. Next, when we had about three frames left, an employee came and asked us to move because they had reserved our lane to someone else. Ther was plenty of extra lanes when we came in! Why didn't they give us one that hadn't been reserved? That wasn't so bad though. We just told him we'd be done in a few minutes. I gave it only 1 star because my kids enjoyed the Bowling, not so much myself. We waited an hr and half for a lane which wasn't too bad being it was busy, my problem was I had to request a lane switch being we were wasting our time with how jacked up Lane 22 was. I requested to be moved and it was ok after that. Previous to getting the lane, we decide to go to the bar to eat in which I wasn't satisfied at all with. I'm an African American woman whom already felt out of place being we were the only African American family in the bar area& my feelings came to be true when I went to the bar to get my fiancé and I a drink. Stood there 10 minutes being completely ignored. I then walked to the corner for another 10 minutes giving the benefit of the doubt that I May get waited on over there. Well I watched a Caucasian couple walk up right where I just left from and get waited on. Wow! The bar associate walks over to me and says give me a minute after she proceeds to help everyone that came after me. Again we were the only African American family in that bar area at the time. I saw now why I felt out of place. I however didn't get a drink and went back to my kids. The bar attendant comes because now she knows what she did and says what can I get you. I at the point didn't want anything because I waited a total of 20 minutes to be ignored. She then comes back and wanted to give a drink on the house. Which i refused! All I wanted was the same equal help she was offering to everyone else. Very disappointed and it was my first time. Don't think I would be going back. read more

We have been going here for over 2 years now, my granddaughter bowls here Saturdays on the school youth league. My wife and I recently started bowling again and we have a great time.
