The space is always bright, welcoming, and full of positive energy--it truly makes me want to work out. RJ and Micaleb (forgive me if I'm misspelling her name) were fantastic. They acknowledged me right away with genuine, bright smiles, which immediately set the tone for a great class. Their warmth and professionalism really stands out and makes such a difference, especially after a long day. It was also wonderful to see that the manager , RJ is still so excited and passionate about the studio. His energy is contagious, and he is truly a delight. And I have to give a special shout-out to the instructor, Rasnaim. He made the class extra special with a challenging workout, and he somehow makes it fun at the same time. You leave feeling accomplished, stronger, and energized. The classes always leave me feeling more balanced and refreshed--both physically and mentally.
