I was a member for over three years and I saw a marked decline in cleanliness and service. Especially on the night staff who are always on their phones and talking to friends. When I tried to talk to management about it they were apathetic. I told them I would need to cancel and they didn't care. First time at this location. It is by far the cleanest planet fitness I have visited. There are many machines, and they're spaced out. Sometimes big gyms have a sweat smell, or feel humid despite the fans, but this location didn't have any funky stenches, and I felt cool even after a long workout! read more

I was a member for over 2 years. My lock was cut by the night manager, Sean. All of my belongings were left unattended. Things were taken out of my purse. I asked for a manager and Sean told me it was my fault for using a locker that was in use even though I didn't see any items in the locker. Someone had supposedly thrown keys in the top on the shelf that I couldn't see unless I stood on the bench in the locker room. I questioned him about the decision to cut my lock without trying to make an announcement or trying to find me and he said it was my fault for using a locker that someone else had used. He said it was Planet Fitness's policy and he was not apologizing. I looked up Planet Fitness's policy and it clearly stated that if a locker was cut, all of my belongings would be secured behind the counter. This was not done. I asked him for a new lock or 1 month free to make up for my losses. He said no, it's your fault. I said I would cancel and he said good let me help you with that. I canceled as did the person I referred. Planet Fitness doesn't care about customers. I recommend finding another gym. read more

This is my "home" gym, and I absolutely love it. It's always very clean even at their busiest times. There are plenty of cardio equipment, and a great variety of weight machines without having to pay the high price of other gyms. Also, we travel frequently our son plays football and attends Ole Miss and having the black catd makes staying on track easy. *the tanning beds are always clean... I've had plenty of memberships for only tanning elsewhere and they were all foul in comparison. The staff is always very friendly, they greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave. Emilee is especially great, she's got an amazing ability to talk to people and fantastic customer service! I 100% recommend this particular gym to everyone, in fact I just brought a guest my last visit who will be signing up, she stated she liked how she didn't feel judged, like other places she's tried. read more

filthy is an understatement.. went there at 1pm to get a quick cardio session in and 3 bathroom stalls were completely full of urine and feces, the 4th stall was full with puke. this is the worst planet fitness in the area by far. It's the worst maintained and the filthiest. it's down right ghetto compared to the others. to start, the bathrooms are disgusting and never cleaned. there is toilet paper all over the floors. Gas station bathrooms are cleaner. when things break here, they stay broken, the men's bathroom is missing hooks, broken bathroom door locks, all status quo and have been that way for months. You work here? Here's a tip, PICK UP A BROOM. were the showers designed by a pervert? Voyeur much? why the hell are they THAT transparent? you can see way too much here, no privacy at all. it's worth driving the extra distance to one of the other two locations. if this was the average planet fitness I'd cancel my membership instantly. Just joined a week ago. Gym is clean and equipment is in good shape. Not too crowded even in the after work hours. Only improvement/recommendation would be some wall mounted hand sanitizers throughout the facility. Many high touch surfaces so these would be helpful. read more

The workout area was fine. But the showers... woah. Normally you have to pay for that kind of show. The shower doors are basically see through. I really really like this gym. The outside doesn't look spectacular as it's in a strip mall area but inside everything is super clean and up to date. I ALWAYS see employees cleaning when I'm there... wiping machines down, doing floors, bathrooms, etc. I'm a Planet Black cardholder so there's a special area with hydromassage and massage chairs as well as tanning. The locker room is always spotless and never have trouble finding a locker. The trainers I have met are all super encouraging and helpful, even when I work out on my own they stop to say hi or just to give a compliment. There's a lot of weight machines including several smith machines to choose from so you don't have to wait. I also enjoy the stretching area. Great place, check it out! read more

Switched here from Golds Gym and I absolutely love it and couldn't be happier with my decision. My issue I had with Golds is there not being enough equipment, or someone hogging a specific machine. This gym I have not had that problem. They had everything I need including plenty of smith machines and free weights. Most of the customers wipe the equipment down before and after use. Wish they were open earlier on the weekends because I prefer to go to the gym before work than after work. read more

By far, one of the best PF I have been to since joining. We used our membership and have traveled a lot for work. When we did, we went to other PF locations and they were not as clean or the equipment was not as cared for as you would expect. The variety of equipment is just perfect for the amount of people I see at various hours of the day. Despite the classic cliché; all those jokes on sitcoms about how bad gyms are (financially) to their customers, THIS gym really stood up for me. I was actually shocked, very pleasantly thrilled that they went way beyond fair for me post-covid. I'm visiting from Las Vegas and forgot my water bottle so I went to the desk to buy a bottle of water. They said that because I'm from out of town they can't access my card on file. It didn't matter that I had the app on my phone. I told them I would pay cash but they don't take cash. It's ridiculous that I couldn't get a bottle of water. Technology should make things easier not more difficult. This is just poor customer service for the convenience of the club. read more

I switched to Planet Fitness from Gold's and couldn't be happier. I had a lot of problems with Gold's and haven't had the slightest of trouble from Planet Fitness. I opened my membership a couple weeks after they opened, and have been going here ever since. The place is always clean, the machines, bathrooms, everything is always clean. I really appreciate it. There doesn't seem to be a big peak hour where it's hard to navigate or find your favorite machine. I go a random times, but try to stick to an early morning schedule. I went in to cancel my membership due to an injury where I cannot use the facilities anymore. The young lady at the front desk, Daija, was rude and off putting. But she wouldn't give me the WiFi password because it's apparently for members only, and NOT their guests. Every other planet fitness I've ever been to either doesn't have a password, or is happy to give out the password to members AND their guests. God forbid I use my laptop to send a quick email when I've been running around all day and haven't had a chance to. Absolutely absurd if you ask me. She didn't even believe the other girl who was first helping me out when she said I already checked In. I love this place. Clean, not crowded, well air-conditioned, and the workers are friendly and helpful. the showers are very very nice and overall, the bathrooms are very comfortable to use, unlike some places where you cringe or even hold it until you get home. Nice variety of equipment, a good amount of it, and in a convenient location. The only thing i dont like is how the ceiling fans look like they want to abduct me and then take me back to their home planet to eat, but thats fairly easy to avoid by not looking up as im working out. A good place is so important for motivation, and this location is really wonderful. read more
