I wish I could give 0 stars . The older man that did my nails didn't know what he was doing . I feel that my husband or child nephew could have done a better job . He never cut my nails or filed them when doing my toe nails . Actually he literally pretended to cut my cuticles and lightly rubbed my soles . He had Parkinson I think but why work there when he needs hand cordination. Just terrible . I feel ripped off giving him $ 35 . Never again . Stay away from this man. I really enjoyed my experience at NP Nails! The service was quick, the price was affordable, the quality of the gel manicure was awesome & the vibe in the salon was relaxing. I was able to walk in and get an appointment right away, and they did my pedicure and manicure at the same time! My pedicurist was super funny & friendly, a male, but I did not get his name, and my manicurist was a very friendly female! My husband and I went to get pedicures, and me a gel manicure. There was a bit of a wait and the guy there was very apologetic about it. Our pedicure service was in general good until I notice he was using the same file he used on the girl before us on our toes, which is a big no-no. This unfortunately wasn't the most worst part though. When it was time for the manicure I showed the girl an inspo picture and repeated multiple times I wanted it done on my NATURAL nails and they didn't need to be that shape. She kept insisting I do gel-x. I finally gave in because I figured it would still be cute and a bit longer plus I was exhausted after being there longer than intended at this point (I had called to make appointments the day before, I did not think we'd have to wait as long as we did). She then proceeded to apply the gel-x extensions and did a terrible job!! I had 3 nails that were crooked (and NO my nails do not grow that way!!) and a bunch of the extend gel was under my nails. She lazily tried to remove some of it but when I got home I had to take my e-file and some tweezers to remove SO MUCH from nearly every nail. I also wanted an opaque white color and she did pink glaze??? And I wanted a simple BLACK bow on the 4th fingers with a gem. She kept trying to get me to say okay to using a small GOLD bow from a Christmas sticker pack that didn't even look like the bow I wanted. I insisted I wanted a black bow with the gem like the picture showed, and from there she got visibly upset with me. Angrily put the stickers back and took the e-file (which by the way still had the dust from the last client on it!) and started filing for... no reason? I still don't know what she was doing other than hurting me?? The base color was already painted and cure!? She did what I asked with an attitude (did not do a good job but at this point I was so unbelievably done and IN PAIN that I did not care), she applied the top coat and I got up, we paid and left. I cried in the car and was so upset I paid for such shitty and unsanitary service and left with cut up and one bleeding cuticle. (Again, the guy was very kind to both of us, just didn't use proper regulations when it came to sanitation and infection control which is definitely concerning) And also my cuticles have been really itchy since this service which I am very concerned about!! There were open cuts after she angrily used the UNSANITIZED efile on me which has me VERY concerned!! I wish I never came to this salon and I really wish I never PAID for this. I let her talk me into something more expensive than I intended on to make it "better" and left feeling so defeated and with ugly nails. I have never had an experience this terrible before and I will never recommend this place to anyone after this. read more

Had a bizarre experience here. It took a very long time, questionable sterilization, a tech who needed to get help from another, etc. The soles of my feet started peeling about a week after my pedicure so I'm worried I have athletes foot. My gel also wasn't cured properly but I wasn't comfortable going back. Everyone was very nice but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. read more

I went to NP Nail for the first time this weekend with my girl friends and we got pedicures. I literally had the best pedicure of my life! I always walk around barefoot and never put lotion on. Cheyenne suggested the Herbal Pedicure and pinky promised my heels would be baby soft and they wereeeee! Softest my heels have ever been! Cheyenne was extremely friendly and so talented! read more

I visited today for a basic gel manicure. I was quickly seated and was out within 20 minutes. Great quality and great price.

There was a dead roach in between the pedi station. I was seriously grossed out. You would expect a nail salon to have more cleanliness.

Came here with a friend because of the great reviews online and they did not disappoint! Jen and Letty were so helpful with suggestions as I wasn't exactly sure what I was wanting to get. An enjoyable experience for my friend and me as we sat there and chatted with Jen and Letty like we were all just 4 gal pals catching up. My acrylic set from a prior salon ended up using horrible product on me and they suggested I try Gel X nails. 2 weeks later and they've barely shown any growth and have kept up great! Will definitely be back!!! read more

made an appointment for a pedicure with acrylic on my two big toes and gel polish. when i walked in, i told the lady i had an appointment and she looked confused and asked me what i wanted to get done. i told her i wanted acrylic just on my two big toes because i had cut them down, and wanted them a little longer for summer. she sat me down, looked at my toes, and told me i already had acrylic on my toes. i told her i didn't, it was just tips on there (i had done them at home). everything was fine up until the massage, or lack there of. all i got was lotion rubbed on my legs, but my legs were still soaking wet so nothing absorbed. then came time for polish. she didn't file any of my nails, and they were all crooked. still, no acrylic had been applied, so when she tried to put gel on my big toes i gently reminded her that i wanted acrylic. she seemed confused and agitated. as a nail tech myself, i was trying to trust the process, but i knew that things were out of order. i hate to complain, but i wanted to get what i was paying for. she asked if i wanted tips, and i said that was fine, i just wanted my big toes a little longer. she applied the acrylic (no tips) and then filed it down to the same length i originally had. when i went to pay, she was hovering over me while i was on the tip screen, and when she saw that i only left $5, let out a bigggg sigh and a huff. when i got to my car, i noticed one of my toes looked dirty. i had gotten white polish, and it looked brown ish. the gel hadn't cured all the way, which led to a huge air bubble in the gel and it peeling off my nail. i don't think ill be going back. read more
