Everything they did was as if we were their top customer. This was over 2 years ago - but I'd recommend them even more now. Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling! Just wow! This is the type of service that makes me a lifetime customer and I'd recommend them to anyone doing a small or large renovation.

They left debris all over our roof and painted over brand new stucco, which is actually supposed to cure and not be painted right away. The color that they used to paint. Our house was a dark gray over our light gray. We had a big L on the front of our house that looked awful when I reached out to the company about it they said well, it's not the same color so probably just best to paint the whole front of your house. My husband got up there himself with some matched paint from Sherwin-Williams and fixed it and cleaned all the debris off the roof. We will not be using this company again.

The roofers stayed until 8pm last night(Thursday) and finished the work. 2.5 days and amazing experience. The whole team was superb. Their quotes were on point. The order was placed on 9/13/19, and they made sure the order for the windows were in so I could get the low E upgrade PGT was offering. They quoted me 4-6 weeks total project time. Mark was very clear in advising me there would be little communication while they wait for permits to be approved, and then they were going to swarm in to get everything done. And boy did they. They had a crew who was prompt, courteous, and on time. They were super cool with my dog. They made sure she did not step on any nails or anything. They left my house how they found it.I used the PACE program with Ygrene and Assured, and it was totally worth it. Thank You, I love it! James and JR were amazing. Kimmie was an absolute pleasure.
