This review is for my wedding which took place on January 6, 2018 at Malibu West Beach Club. Since we expected everyone to drive to our wedding venue, we had to use a valet service. We didn't have the option to shop around as Malibu West was very specific that we had to go through Hollywood Hills. The best compliment that I can give is that they were stress-free. I was outside watching guests arrive and it was nice to see them just step out of the car and be taken care of. Initially I was a little annoyed because my venue only allowed this vendor to work at the club but I realized why--they are super professional and good at what they do! We had a great experience with Hollywood hills valet. We used them for valet at Malibu West Beach Club as well as 2 shuttle vans to transport our family to and from church/reception. We worked with Joe via email and phone to set everything up. He was quick to respond and made things easy for us. On the day of our wedding they were professional, on time, and accommodating. Valet service ran smoothly and was quick with the cars. We had a last minute stop/drop off request, which made things a little difficult, but it worked out in the end and they were able to accommodate our request. We were also able to utilize the shuttle to transport some stuff before and after our wedding. Overall, we would definitely use their services again. Joe really cares about his workers. I worked with him for about 1/2 a year in 2012 before starting in photo booths and honestly he genuinely cares about people. It's rather refreshing. I remember at an event where we didn't really get tipped for whatever reason and Joe said he would pay us at a higher rate. Very professional and great quality service. We had no choice but to hire this company since the event place had an exclusive contract with them only. If I had a choice I would NOT have hired Hollywood Hills Valet. Joe, the owner, made my life miserable, created issues with the location management and at the end he overcharged me without even asking for an authorization or calling me with an explanation for the additional charges. Seriously, I think the reason he did not care for my business, because he had exclusive engagement with the event location and he knew I can't hire anyone else. I found out about Hollywood Hills Valet when I was asked to find a valet company for work when the previous valet we were looking into gave us an extremely high price and over estimated the number of cars we could get in a parking lot. Joe was very helpful and took the time to walk each parking lot and give us an accurate count of vehicles we can fit. We constantly use them as a valet and they have been amazing every time. The night before my daughter's wedding in Los Angeles, I hosted a Welcome Reception at a private home near Griffith Park. Our caterer had recommended Hollywood Hills Valet, and am I glad he did! Traffic that night was horrendous because of a concert at the nearby Greek Theatre. Still, the guys working the event were awesome! I recently threw a party for my wife, with about 35 guests. We had never had that many people over before, and our house is in the Hollywood Hills, so I decided to treat my friends to valet. Joe at Hollywood Hills Valet was incredibly helpful and worked with me to get the price down to a reasonable number. Also, he already had relationships with the owners of a private parking lot down the street, so we were able to use it for the event. This prevented cars from being parked in random spots all over the Hills. The two attendants and supervisor who worked the cars that night were on time, on the ball, and very professional.
