Perhaps it was my fault for choosing a premade sandwich from under a heat lamp but I literally took one one bite and threw it out. The english muffin was burned and tough and made the whole thing inedible. The made to order stuff is marginally better. Just today I had a chicken quesadilla which was not awful. It wasn't great but it certainly wasn't BEC bad. But it's not all terrible. They do carry some local products like Zingerman's coffee (good coffee, perhaps the most important of all), and some other locally made goods from the grab and go section. The coolers are well stocked with snacks like hummus and pretzels, fruit and yogurt parfaits, and some sandwiches. And if you can catch the local restaurants that regularly have stalls here you may end up with a better dining experience. In particular I've had a pretty good burrito bowl from the Maiz Cantina pop up. Also, if all else fails, they do have a Uncrustables in one of the refrigerators. That with a carton of milk got me through some particularly stressful days there.

The sandwich was a little lacking. The English muffin was a little soggy and a bit tough. The bacon was not crispy, and the whole thing was really salty but somehow not that flavorful. It definitely wasn't the best, but it did the trick as I just needed something fast that would fill me up. There is an Einstein Bros bagel counter at the cafeteria, but there was a bit of a line and I didn't have time to stop by there. I would have appreciated some bagel and cream cheese options for something quick at the cafeteria itself. The cafeteria has plenty of seating and it was either an off time or early enough that it wasn't busy at all.
