The whole process was very smooth and well explained. Naresh helped with the Quartz store along with the sink. We engaged NT Bay area construction to help renovate our home. We remodeled our guest bathroom and also expanded/remodeled our Master bathroom. In addition, we replaced the electrical panel, had our HVAC moved into the attic and reconfigured a few closets to open into different rooms. Our experience was very positive from the get go. Unlike several contractors we spoke to during the selection process, we found NT Bay area and Nash to be highly responsive. He was easy to communicate with and during the initial walk through made a couple suggestions that actually helped make the plan better. He was able to connect us with a good structural engineer and stayed in communication with us throughout the permit process. Once the construction began, we found him to be reliable and his crew was trustworthy as well when we had to leave the home unattended. Nash conducted regular video calls with us when we had to travel away from the area to keep us updated on the progress. The crew did a good job in being detail oriented especially in the bathrooms. They were flexible when we wanted to make minor cosmetic changes and got the job done much to our satisfaction. We hired Nash and his team to remove a load bearing wall from below our garage. As you can imagine, it was quite the task. He worked with a structural engineer to get the plans settled and permitted through the city. The amazing part was once we had the permits, how quickly he moved on the job. His crew was done with it in a matter of days. They were also very respectful of other parts of my home by putting down paper + properly cleaning up after. He also was able to get the beam added basically flush to the ceiling to help with our short ceilings. The best part? It was all on budget. I've never had a GC stay on budget before.
