Nice full bathroom remodeling! We agreed to remove everything in my standard 5' by 8' bathroom, 50 years old and probably original, from subfloor, drywall and ceiling. The crew took care of everything, some wood repairs, plumbing, electrical, tiles all over, until the very end of the project. The tile guy Bryan did a great job, all the lines are in harmony and make sense. After started using the bathroom, minor issues like small leaks on the shower doors were quickly addressed, also after the full payment was done. So I feel good about this contractor for being available and understanding all the questions during the process and satisfying all the requests. Finger crossed that nothing happens over time, but I feel relieved that the company is around here and can fix everything. We wanted to convert our stall shower to a 36" wide deep soaking tub. Because of this, the HOA asked for a contractor that's licensed and insured. It did bump up the pricing from my original contractor who was licensed but not insured. However, you get some peace of mind and the quality is well worth it. I'm the type of person who knows what I want. I had a vision on how I wanted my bathroom to be. Matthew is a great listener and communicator, have a can-do attitude that gives hope to the visions I have. Matthew sent a few guys who specializes in different things each time, to work on different parts of the bathroom. For example, they have their own electrician, plumber, painter, project manager, tile flooring guy and so on. Each one has done a great job. I wanted to call out Majid who was at the project site almost daily to build a lot of my bathroom pieces, he worked til late evening to get things done quickly, thank you Majid. Throughout the project, Matthew also took great care of the quality of the work. He advised us to start using the shower tub immediately so we can let him know in case there might be issues that come up when we try to use it. When there were identified issues, for example on 2 pieces of tiles that were already installed, I thought there was nothing we could do about it. But Matthew said he would send his tile guy, Brian to fix the misalignment issue with the tile. Brian did a great job and fixed the tile. Now they're even again. Thanks Brian! We had a very big mold problem due to a very small leak in the back of our washer which was never detected. We selected US Creative Builders as they are primarily a home builder. A few other vendors only focused on mold remediation and we had to find someone else for the rebuild. The teardown and drying happened quickly and the crew was careful during the process and sealed the work area so it did not impact the rest of the house. Unfortunately, we were hit with another surprise as the mold had gone past the subfloor and more teardown and drying was needed. This extended the duration and cost, but it seemed reasonable and the team showed and explained the work to be done. During the rebuild phase, Matt's team was also accommodating in us making small change requests and they paid attention to details.
