One gal came in to get her nails done & she didn't want to wait so she was getting ready to leave but Julie apologized & told her to come back and walked up to her to give her a hug and said "love you more" just her positive attitude was contagious!! This spot is AMAZING for pedicures! I honestly feel like their pedicures beat even the top salons. And they massage your legs much longer than other places and even will massage your shoulders! The owner is so incredibly sweet, I hadn't been in for about a year (wasn't getting pedicures at all during that time) and when I called to make an appointment she immediately remembered me. $20 pedicures, can't beat that! The two lovely ladies that work here are always so nice and attentive and really work to make sure you're comfortable. Make sure you wear wide-legged pants because they massage your feet and calves for a good while! The pedicure itself is amazing, mine usually lasts about 6 weeks before I have to come back for another. I usually come in after work (I work down the street from here) but one time, I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed! They still took me in and still treated me like I was the only one there, they didn't rush or anything! But I would suggest coming in on a weekday when it's less busy. My first week in Seattle I was staying at a hotel not far from here & found NT Nails on yelp. Once I moved into my apartment in north Lynnwood I was looking around my area, not really impressed with the reviews or the prices I was seeing. I remembered this place, & it was well worth the 20 minute drive! Only $20 for a spa pedicure, $5 more for white tips which is completely reasonable. Plus they are super friendly, take their time to do an excellent job, give you a really decent leg/foot massage & include a free paraffin wax treatment. Such great reviews! My experience was only ok - my shellac lasted only a week and started to peel off after that. The color I chose ended up looking different that it did on the sample - which was ok, I still liked the color. My pedicure polish is very thin and has started to chip off now too after less than 2 weeks. (normally pedicures can last almost a month or more for me!). They also did not fully remove all my old polish and I can still see some of it on my toes. The service was friendly and everything was clean, however I think I will try somewhere a little closer to home next time. read more

Sometimes they get really busy especially when short staffed, but the love Julie shows all of her customers makes you realize she truly is there to make you happy. She's so hard working as well as her girls that even though it can take a little bit to get my nails done I always come back for the positive energy and the I love you's and not to mention great nails. Decided to try out this place when my usual nail salon was booked up. I AM IN LOVE! The salon is VERY fairly priced and the gal actually took her time and did a great job. For the same price I have been paying at my usual salon I got a fantastic hand/arm/shoulder/neck massage with my manicure- apparently I have seriously been missing out. The owner is so friendly and absolutely adorable.She was conversing pleasantly with everyone in the spa and making all the customers feel welcome. She even would explain to me what she and her employees were saying when they conversed briefly in their native language. Ah.Ma.Zing. I came today with my sins girlfriend and she got her fills for ten. I got a pedi for 20.00 my son got a mani pedi for 30.00. I think that the spa pedi is a great price but they kept talking and my girl couldn't multitask and massage my feet. In the meantime I watched everyone else get the massage. One girl started and then the other one takes over. I liked the first girl but I didn't like the second one as much trang is her name I think. My other sons girlfriend got the dip gel nails and they did a sloppy job. I don think they master that just yet. She helped me put my shoes on and it was a oppsy... She had to repo lush my nail, it was much darker and different I had her polish my other nail again. I really don't like them talking so much plus I felt like she was taking about us which I don't normal feel. The spa pedi for 20.00 gives you scrub, wax, and the cuticle and polish. This place is a true gem in the rough! I say that because it is not a fancy or sophisticated place, but they provide a wonderful spa experience while you have your nails manicured. The shop is clean and is decorated colorfully. Perhaps not my taste personally, but my top priority is cleanliness, and I also appreciate the effort to create a pleasing ambience. The nail technicians are very competent and congenial, and they do everything they can to make you feel welcomed and pampered. My husband and I go for pedicures and manicures. They have a very good range of nail polish colors to pick from, and I enjoy trying out new colors each time. The chairs are comfortable, and I enjoy the vibration and massage patterns that can be selected with a remote control. The pedicure includes a good foot soaking, nail and cuticle trimming, callus and skin buffing, massage of feet and legs up to the knees, using a variety of products including exfoliation creams, pleasant oils and lotions, as well as hot paraffin wax. Overall, it is a very pleasant and relaxing experience and, for the budget conscious, you are provided with a very excellent value! My husband and I have made it a habit to go monthly. PS. Got my eyebrows done and they came out great! For $10, it's one of the cheapest and probably best eyebrow wax I've gotten in Seattle. Didn't do my nails here, but maybe I will in the future! For now, glad I finally found a good price for a great service. I've been to places that charge $30 and although the ambience is nice, my eyebrows almost always came out as just "fine." I love the people that work here, but I won't be coming back. I went in at 10:30 on a Saturday morning for a shellac mani and a regular pedi because I needed to be somewhere by 1:00. They did my shellac manicure first (I prefer it if they do my toes first so that they dry while you get your nails done), and it was horrible. My manicure is streaked and looks like a kid painted them. Also, I told her I just wanted her to shape my nails instead of clip them because I like them longer. She still took a nail clipper to them even after saying twice that I didn't want that. After the manicure they had me sit in the spa chair for more than 30 minutes because they were working on other people...there were only two other people in there with me. they didn't start doing my pedi until about noon, and of course it was rushed and my toes weren't fully dry when I left. It was ridiculous, and I've been to many places that will do your toes first so they dry while they work on your hands, it was inefficient and, a bad job on both hands and feet. I feel bad writing this review, because they are so nice, but I can't go back there again. read more

Wonderful nice staff. Only issue is they're using the same tools on each customer, which is a violation of WA State LAWS for Nail Salons. I ended up with a foot fungus going to this shop. It's sad that most of these salons are doing this. Knowing they're supposed to provide customers with their own FREE kits. Q13 Fox news did a big story on this topic. After calling in and speaking with the owner of the shop. I asked her if it was possible to do both nails and toes today. She agreed and said there was no issues , just as long as I arrived within the next five minutes. I arrived with in the time asked to an empty shop. The ladies quickly sat me down and got to work on my toes. I should add that the ladies were all nice and social at first. But as the time came closer to the shop closing things started changing fast. I realized that the ladies where ready to go and explained to the owner that I didn't mind coming in the next day. so that they could close on time. She repeatedly told me it was fine. I went along with the appointment and everything was fine. until I looked at my nails, the ladies skipped half the process and left both my nails and toes uneven or not painted all the way. The worst part of all were my nails. Not only where my nails bulky and uneven. It hasn't even been a week and 2 nails already came off and the rest just looked horrible. I guess I shouldn't be so surprised since both mani and pedi where done within 25 minutes. Unfortunately , I had to get both pedi and mani redone and paid extra for the horrible nails because my entire set had to be was just unfixable. read more
