Overall good service. The folks at NTB were responsive on the phone, very helpful, and answered all of my questions and made it easy to set up an appointment. They do offer drop-off for the night before. It worked out okay, but it felt a little unsecure. There is a slot for dropping in the key, through the garage bay door. My concern is that if you drop the key, it lands on a slat in the door, which any random person could reach by putting their hand through the drop hole. So I ended up throwing my key through the hole, which felt a little janky. Checkout was fast and easy. The lady behind the counter aimed to please, and cut a deal for me just mentioning that I saw a coupon online (no need to print out or show on my phone). They're close to my place and so far the tires have been doing well. Would come back. read more

Came here to get a tire that I purchased in the past repaired. I called and a pleasant service manager, Mac, told me to bring it in. I arrived and was seen quickly. My tire was repaired and I was charged $30, which was not bad. I got home and checked to see if I had a warranty on my tires . I did and it stated that all repairs would be free for the life of the tire. I called the store again, spoke to Mac, explained the situation, and he said to bring the paperwork back with me so he could sort it out. I arrived, handed him my paperwork, and he refunded me my $30 in a matter of minutes. All in all, a quick resolution to my dilemma (tip: review all paperwork for any type of warranty information and have it in hand when seeking service). Mac was pleasant, professional and I will suggest anyone who needs tires or repairs to tire bought there or elsewhere, to give them a try. read more

My mom, a mature women, went to these folks for help on repairing a tire she purchased from them previously. She says they were lifetime warranty tires, which I don't know what that means, but when she went back to get a tire repaired they made her jump through a bunch of hoops and ended up purchasing 4 new tires (when she only had issue with one) because they said the tires on her car where too small. So, they actually telling her now that they put too small tires on her car before and the lifetime warranty wouldn't repair the 1 tire and now she has to buy four new tires cause they put too small tires on her car. Not mentioning the other hoops they made her jump through but this is the point. This shop sound like it's straight hustlers working here. Don't turn your back or they will put some used tires on your car..... after they talk you out of the warranty that's supposed to fix the tires you bought from them previously. I know folks getting lazy and stupid these days, and businesses just dont do business like they did before. Horrible experience, my appointment was at 8:30 , for replacement of break pads , they started on it at 12:45 & didn't read my requests on the invoice & yes they couldn't find the parts to complete the repair & by 2PM, when I arrived they told me they couldn't repair it!!! Jeremy Carter, Assistant Manager, was so pleasant from the moment I walked through the door. He greeted me and was so polite and professional the entire time throughout our interaction. I was had a bubble in my tire and needed to get it repaired ASAP. He explained the the options to me and gave me an honest and realistic timeframe for the work which I didn't mind since I was told up front. All around, I had a truly pleasant experience at NTB and I have to say that the tone was set by Jeremy from the moment I walked in the door. Melvin is professional yet personable. Staff are helpful, quick and thorough. I called to set an appointment and although I was 15 minutes late (car trouble), I was still seen quickly. I used to come here faithfully when it was a Merchants and would drive 30 min to get here because I trusted the mechanics here, and they gave top notch service!!! The old manager and many of those employees are long gone. It is not the same!! THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE WAAAY DOWN!! I went in for an oil change ($60 roughly) and asked them to please check my battery since it died on me a few days ago. They took my car back within about 30 minutes and about 1 hour later, the lady at the front came out to report my total was $650 plus dollars. No explanation. Just gave me the paperwork and said I needed an alternator. My car is only 3 yrs old with 50k miles on it. I may very well need a new one, but maybe because I am female she felt like she didnt need to talk to me or explain anything, and I would just wip out my credit card to pay!? She is female and shouldn't discriminate if that was the case. Anyway, I have the money. Thats not the issue. Its her level of customer service. I decided to go elsewhere to get it done as well as a second opinion. Why wouldn't she explain the itemized charges?? Are there options?? I didn't say anything, only that I would only do the oil change today. She said ok, and said they were finishing up my oil change. 3 HOURS AND 35 MINUTES LATER, I WAS STILL WAITING IN THE SHOP. Was it spiteful? No clue. No one came to say anything to me throughout that time. I got a lot of work and writing done, and I am very patient, so they didnt hear from me throughout that time. When i finally went to check out, I paid $70 plus for my oil change and she gave me a long sheet of paper attached to my bill. It said $800 plus. I know I didnt pay that and I knew I wouldn't return, but I sat back down to look over the sheet. She called me back to counter (I guess after seeing me reading) and explains that there are two alternators itemized that I could purchase- one was almost $300. The other was $100 cheaper. Plus labor etc. The one I was quoted earlier was the more expensive one. Seeeee!!! That is exactly why I decided NOT to do business here for more than my oil change!! I do have options! I MIGHT HAVE NEEDLESSLY SPENT AN EXTRA $100 ON A PART THAT WAS AVAILABLE FOR A MORE AFFORDABLE PRICE!! Shop around!!!! Ask questions. Get a second opinion!!! I wont return here again. Ps. I have no idea if they rotated my tires. That used to be something the guys at Merchants always did for me. No clue. Smh. So frustrated. Update: I decided to go to another NTB location in order to get them to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. After 30 min, the mechanic there said NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MT BATTERY OR ALTERNATOR because both tested correctly. It was just a connection issue. THIS PROVES EVEN FURTHER THAT I WOULD HAVE NEEDLESSLY SPENT $600 plus at this location FOR A SERVICE that I DID NOT NEED. GET A SECOND OPINION!! read more

I had my tire replaced a few months back and the tires aligned. It took all day for them to do it even tho I dropped my car off at 8am with an appointment. I had to call and check on my car as they never called me. My tire is now low and the wheels are out of alignment. I took my car in this morning for work. There were no other customers there. He told me it would be hours to check my tire as they were extremely busy. But there was no one there. Another man walked in stating he had an appointment and the manager was very rude to him (the guy was at the wrong store and didn't realize it). The manager was short and nasty. He then was nasty to me after the other gentleman left. I took my keys and will never come back to this location. Too many problems and too many rude people. read more

I always get excellent service at this location. I use to frequent another locations and felt like they always nickeled and dimed. They also refused to do simple repairs/services like oil changes and tire rotations unless I agreed to do more expensive work. This location has never done that. They've always done what's requested and in a timely manner. The customer service is also amazing. I've had frequent and pleasant interactions with Jack, Melvin and Andre, the management and customer service team. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me, which I've experienced at other auto shops. read more

Im a regular customer who drives 20 mins out the way just to come to this shop. I called to see if they had my tire and to see if I can get the job done right away. They said to come in because they have to tire in stock and they will hold on to it for me. I go there and they say they dont have my tires and they never recieved a phone call. I got frustrated and spoke to the manager who was just rude and said that noone told me to come and noone even spoke to me. I get infuriated but what can I do they say they dont have it. I go home and when I just finished parking ntb calls and says they are sorry and they have my tire. I asked to speak to the manager and they say hes not there. Dodging me because he was wrong. Never going here again. Unless you want to waste all your time doing nothing and getting nothing done. Waste your whole day. Everyone is rude and just wants you to leave. I had a long suspicion that they hold on to your car after the work is finished so that they can overcharge and say it took 3 hours so pay 3 hours worth of labor when in reality it took barely an hour. Like I said I'm a regular customer so whenever they overcharge me I tried to keep giving them a chance but after this I am done. read more

Worst experience ever! I came here in December after ordering tires a week prior to coming here I also let the manager know I wanted the 3 year alignment when I scheduled the appointment as well. Got here on a Saturday morning at 9:00 and my truck wasn't ready until almost 12:00pm! I am looking at my paper work and realized they put the wrong tires on my truck! The ones I ordered were never ordered. I was told they could order them or I could try the ones they put on my truck. Andre did apologize but he was not the one who was supposed to put in the order Melvin was (he never acknowledged anything). I did agree to try the ones the out on my truck. Had I not been sick that day and already there for 3 hours I would have asked them to put the original tires back on my truck. A week later I called and let Andre know they were too loud. He orders the correct ones and said he would call me when they came in. After a week passed I had to call him to see if they were in and they were (no one called me). I am currently here now at 6:15 and I am still waiting on my truck! My appointment was at 1:30pm. As I was driving away at at almost 4:30 pm I realized the alignment wasn't right and came back. I live over 30 minutes away from this NTB and only originally came here because I had a very good experience with my first set of tires I got here back in 2014 ) different Manager then. I was given a discount but when you look at the fact that I have over 4 hours this time and 3 hours 3 weeks ago it was not enough! Truly disappointed, this was not the only thing I had planned to do today and yet I am still here. I let Andre know I have never spent this much time at any shop before. Absolutely ridiculous! I'm not sure what the point of having an appointment was. I was just informed that they are still having issues getting my alignment right. I just told them I will take it to another NTB or Merchants. My entire afternoon wasted! read more
