I got a nail in my tire the night before my visit. I had a slow inflator but could see the screw and it aired up easily. I called this location and spoke with Jordan. He was extremely polite and let me know the pricing. He also let me know there was only one person in front of me. I aired up again and headed that way. Jordan got me right in and let me know post inspection that they could definitely fix it for the price he quoted. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Chris was so nice as well and checked my tire pressure when the light wouldn't off and explained to me why. This facility is under new management now. Place was clean and neat. NTB- Never Trust & Beware, should be the name of NTB, because this is the worse place for anyone to take their vehicle for service, this NTB at 1020 E.Pecan Street in Pflugerville, Texas desperately need to be Boycotted and Out of Business for good, I am warning anyone that takes their vehicle there for service that your vehicle will be destroyed, everyone I have talked to who have taken their vehicle to this location have had a terrible experience, the Mechanics are worse than a Shade Tree Mechanic and Management is very unprofessional. I went to NTB for brakes and tires. I was quoted an hour and a half. It turned out to be over 5 hours! Despite not being busy (my car was often the only one there) the employees sat around a lot. They were apparently waiting for parts, which would have been fine if they had communicated a time frame. However, with 15 minutes until closing, they began to hurry. I was offered a 50% off oil change coupon as compensation. Not even a free oil change! I was a returning customer. I will not be returning. Employees need to communicate more effectively. read more

My wife brought her vehicle to the Pecan Street location based on my recommendation. The repairs (a new seal and belt) were completed improperly. The car was still leaking oil! My wife brought the car back to report the issue and get it fixed. First she was told that the issues were self inflicted, then she was told that the mechanic who spotted the cause of the issue was at fault. When the manager told her they wouldn't have repairs done for a couple of days, my wife asked about a loaner car. The manager offered an Uber! There isn't enough space here to detail the many issues that came up. I'll close by saying that after five years of faithfully taking my car to this location, I'll be moving on and urge others to do so as well. read more

Kam the store manager treated me very well. My vehicle needed quit a bit of work on the brakes and needed rear shocks as well. I find that Kam runs a professional shop and with an attitude to help his customers whether they are walk ins or have made an appointment. Very good job. read more

As a woman- I wouldn't recommend bringing your car in by yourself. This is my second time taking my car in and both times I was spoken to condescendingly- very differently than the men in the room (iykyk). Also, when I asked clarifying questions about the service I had done- they couldn't answer them at all. One guy said "sorry it's my second day" when asked to review the services they supposedly completed. I just don't trust them. read more

Went into pflugerville location explaining that my stewring wheel was shaking at low speeds and thought a weight had fallen off my rim. Manager told me I needed inner and outer tie rods and all new shocks all theay arpund on my vehicle. Totalling over $2500!! I got second opinion at DIscount Tire the following day. Turns out all I needed was re-balance which was less than $50. Extremely slimey business, maybe its just the manager but I know Ill never be going back to this location. read more

I went to NTB for a tire leak. I was told both tires would need to be replaced, even though I only had one bad tire. (That may be true due to suspension and such). But I was quoted $263 for replacing both back tires. I went to Pflugerville Tires and they patched the tire for $25. read more

Came in with a damaged tire I needed swapped, and met Zach who was easy to work with and even chatted about my car with me. Zach walked with me to the car to gather info needed to perform the swap and went back into lobby together and received a great low price and speedy perfect service. John and his staff at NTB Pflugerville provide great customer service. I took my truck in for an oil change and John pointed out some uneven wear on my tires. They had been making a whining noise for several months and I took my truck into another service center and told them about the noise, but they were unable to diagnose the problem. John immediately identified the uneven wear as a problem with my wheel alignment. I could tell the difference on the drive home!! I'll definitely be going back to NTB Pflugerville. read more

Made an appointment to have the oil changed on my truck, set up for 2:00 on Monday. I arrived a few minutes early and was told they were 2 hours behind. I asked so come back a 4? was told maybe they could do it then, I said just cancel. I understand when you are shorthanded, but you could have called and explained this before I took the time to drive out to the store. Worst experience getting new tires ever. Problems with the tire sizing , alignment , pretty much everything . Was approve for their companies credit card and was never able to use it due to numerous problems between the lending company and the NTB corporation . Many weeks later I just received the actual card that will impact my credit score and will be completely useless since I will never return to an NTB. After placing complaints with the corporate office weeks ago and giving them numerous bad ratings on the surveys they keep sending me I've just to hear from anyone at NTB . wonderful service, quoted me $15 dollars cheaper a tire than discount, got me in and out in less than an hour. And then when i got a flat on the way out of town literally after getting them on, they found me and swapped the tire out for me. great service! read more
