I called several times to make an appointment before he called me back. I even bought another voucher from him directly in addition to the two zozi vouchers. We got lost and called for instructions. Of course, no answer. We drove out there and he was a no show. We went into the hotel to find out where he was. They told us he called all his customers for that day but he didn't call us. He's never returned my calls or emails since then. I would highly recommend not using this vendor. read more

4 of us went fly boarding. There were two fly boards and 2 jet skis. The bindings on One fly board wouldn't stay tight so the people using that board spent most of the time in the water. But the people using the other board had a great time. When the owner found out about the problem, he offered us all another round of fly boarding - for free - with new equipment. We can't wait. Great service recovery. read more
