I took my Michael Kors down coat with fur trimmed hood and my comforter to be washed. They charged me for dry cleaning them when the label on both said to wash only. They completely ruined my coat!! The care label clearly said to remove trim before washing, they clearly didn't follow the instruction. The fur trim on the hood is now ruff and matted, and all the down is all clumped up In the corners of the coat. Now I have to buy a new coat!! I do not recommend this cleaners. read more

Certainly nothing to complain about here. I brought in 3 suits, they cleaned 3 suits, I gave them money and they gave me 3 suits back. Pretty efficient transaction. Cleaning only took a couple of days and pricing seemed pretty in-line with other places I've been. Nothing to celebrate, but absolutely met my expectations! read more

I took one rug to NaYale in early August 2023 to be cleaned. They were having a special so I bought in 2 more rugs in late August. I picked up the first rug when it was finished but left it wrapped up until June 2023. I was never called to to pick up the other 2 rugs. However, I was called to pay for them. I called NuYale and they couldn't find them but said they would get back to me. I let it go for 6 months. They denied losing them and said I picked them up when I had only picked up the first rug. The owner said she was the new owner since September and there was nothing she could do for me. She also blamed me for waiting 6 months to call them back and said it had been too long now. To make things worse, just this month (June 2023) we finally opened up that first rug that they cleaned because my daughter came home from college. The rug is ruined. It is hard, stiff and crunched up in several spots. I am out 3 rugs because of NuYale. The rugs were about $200-$300 each. read more

I don't do a lot of dry cleaning, because I've read that the chemicals they use typically are highly toxic, and carcinogenic. I've read that you should leave dry-cleaned garments inside your automobile only briefly, and then hang them outside for a day if possible, before hanging them inside your closet, for this same reason. So most of my garments can be hand washed or laundered, or I use Dryel on some. That said, I took in a silver pantsuit (International Concepts brand) and a designer dress that I believe is made of cotton. Prior to dropping off my order, I asked for a price listing. The price listing lists women's suits at around $15. When I picked up my order, it was $35 and some change. Just a little reminder of why I don't do this often, besides the toxicity of the chemicals used. There was no itemization on the receipt (star rating is sinking). I asked about the breakdown and why the cost was higher than listed on the price list. The attendant told me that the suit was made of silk, so cost more than the base cost. True, it is a silk pant suit. The attendant was nice and friendly enough, and the service was prompt. But the prices, to my thinking, are a bit too steep, especially after being advertised as lower. Maybe this is typical of pricing, however. I wouldn't know, as the last time I had items cleaned, I had more items cleaned for less cost. I do appreciate the speediness of service. A laundry bag (the one I used to drop off the garments) came complimentary with my order. read more

This was an incredibly disappointing experience! The Lady behind the counter was so rude! I have never been talk to in such a manner. It started the moment I walked in the door. She could not give me any information on my wedding gown that I wanted to drop off. I unzip the bag and she never looked at it. I continue to explain what I wanted, and she proceeded to ask me "don't you own a steamer?""Can't you do this yourself?"What kind of business does that. Everything that came out of her mouth was negative. I looked at her in aww! They could not give me a price on what it would cost to have one layer of a wedding dress pressed she could not guarantee me a time that I would get it back even though the wedding is over a month away. She proceeded to tell me how they ship them out to a factory where they're stacked up and they get to them when they get to them. I could not believe my ears. In their defense though, the manager was out and this lady told me she had worked there for a year but later in the conversation saying that she was covering this store due to a death in the family of the manager. This woman should not be left in charge of this business. She was rude from the moment I arrived to the moment I zipped up my wedding dress and left with it. I would never consider leaving my wedding dress with someone so rude, uncaring, and overall incapable of running a business. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. It's really a shame because I have never had an issue with this cleaner before who has done prom dresses in the past for my children.They have lost my business for good to reeders cleaners on Eastern Boulevard just down the road. Reeders where is very friendly and was able to tell me a price on what I wanted, a date when I could expect it back, and they do everything in house. Their overall professionalism and friendliness was such a relief to me in this very stressful time. I feel confident in their ability to take care of me and my dress for this special day. She has no idea how she affected the rest of my day by the way she talk to or the way I was treated. She did not want to be bothered with me and she will never have to be worried about being bothered by me again. It's also worth noting that I have never left a negative review on a business before in my life... That is how Bad the overall experience was. I hope that this review will keep anyone with a wedding dress out of this business... They don't care about you as a customer, they don't care about your dress, and they don't care about being bothered with you overall! So sad. Very nice and comfortable atmosphere when entering the store, the lady behind the counter was very informative and professional. I made it a point to show her a stain on one of my shirts and she assured me that she would not let the shirt leave the store with that stain. When I picked up the shirt there was no stain. She even assured me that she did not want me to leave the store with my freshly cleaned shirts unless I was totally fine with them. I was a little concerned about the price per shirt, its quite a bit more than I am used to paying however I will be back, Customer service is the name of the game and this store knows how to do it. I was even provided a box to store my hangers in and once the box is full I can bring them in to be recycled. AWESOME! Thanks, read more
