Blu-ray player install was a breeze since Dynamic had thoughtfully pre-wired an HDMI cable during their initial install of smart TV's when I moved in. They determined the older TV was functional and could be enabled with a firestick and sent me a link on Amazon to purchase it. Tech arrived on time and at front end of service window which was greatly appreciated. Because pre-wiring had been done, while visit only subject to their minimum home call service fee of $125. Something I probably could have done myself, but appreciated the knowledgeable help with the two systems. They made sure the Blu-ray system was working and walked me through how to operate it. I have a technology background and from the very start I could tell Jared understood my needs and suggested the route I should go and what equipment I might need. I told him I wanted 6 hard wired cameras / 2 security panels / 2 smart thermostats / a smoke detector tied into their system and my 2 smart locks linked as well. He actually talked me out of one panel which saved me a bunch of money and am super happy as I use the app most of the time bs the actual panel. They came and finished the install in one day as promised and now I can monitor front / sides and the back of the house, open the front and the garage door remotely, turn the heat or A/C on and off, be notified of a fire and actually asked about a carbon monoxide detector while install guy was here and that is now also installed. All the doors and windows had sensors and they tested them all including the shatter glass sensors I had. They will also be doing the monitoring with no contract - I am super happy with the pricing and level of service I received. Don't hesitate to use them for your future needs.
