My son set off the alarm twice by accident... police were at my door in mins. & verified my identity. The second time my relatives set off my alarm accidentally... I got a call from brinks and identified myself via code words etc. This company is no joke folks. Brilliant service. Affordable... Spot on customer service. We had already had another quote from a…read moredifferent company who said they could use our existing Cat 5 and move us away from the current wireless cameras on the home to a wired system that would be integrated with our Starlink. They could also install a wired mesh system which would then help the wired cameras. We are a tad rural and have to use Starlink. It will take a day or so for the owner to do the work and it wasn't cheap but it was 100% doable. We will also have access from our betas through a mobile app. Eagle said they could do nothing for us without an internet company like Cox. The estimator honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as he could. I am sure they are a competent company but if you want a system that isn't Google or something similar, look elsewhere. They also said we had to pay some kind of monitoring fee which I did not want as we have an ADT alarm system we have to pay for .

The price they quoted was fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The installation was not an easy job -- my electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house, which required running conduit and wiring a long distance. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job with the panel work and routing the wire exactly where it needed to go. They stayed persistent and didn't stop until everything was completed properly. They even went above and beyond when they accidentally damaged my irrigation line during the install. They repaired it for me, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. That kind of integrity really stood out. The only minor issue was some leftover caulk on the bricks around an LB conduit body that needed a little extra cleaning, but it was a very small thing and not a big deal at all. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Miller and Sons for electrical work, especially for Tesla Wall Connector or EV charger installations.
