Nudys is great spot for Brunch, Breakfast or Lunch. Food was delicious. Great location for a family brunch, meeting friends or business meeting. They have a counter if you're dining by yourself Highly recommend the New England Clam Chowder if it's offered. Menu is essentially dressed up breakfast and lunch staples. I had the Lobster Eggs Benedict and it was cooked perfectly. Hollandaise sauce was perfect. My date had one of the specials of the day, Heuvos Rancheros. It looked delicious. Service was fair. The food was ordinary (typical american brunch) but the service was pretty good. They can get a bit innovative with their brunch options. Wow. Just wow. I can't imagine ever going to Nudy's when you have Brunch Everyday across the street. This is the most mediocre breakfast establishment next to IHOP. Yet they continue to proliferate like rabbits. My past experiences: * Eggs Benedict: badly poached eggs with hollandaise sauce from a box atop a cheap, stale English muffin... * Omelet: sloppily made and stuffed with cold, from-a-bag cheese... * Bacon: cheap and flabby (despite requesting well done) * Potatoes: they somehow manage to cook their potatoes so they are burnt outside and pure mush inside... Do yourself a favor and walk across the street. That's where you'll find a warm and friendly establishment with expertly done breakfast food (even poached eggs!). read more

Update- due to convenience I've been back a few times and the staff is very nice, the place is big and clean, however the food lacks flavor and misses on the technical stuff (ratio of Mayo to meat, cook of egg, salt, spice, sweet, cook of meat,,etc) I get it - it's new, but this place will only survive due to location and lack of competition. It's not bad but I only eat here when I don't have other options. They are 0/4 so far in the kitchen- but service has been great. Old review: Pretty good, not great. Eggs Benedict didn't have much flavor.l nor did the home fries. Chicken salad in a pita was good. Chefs salad was very good. It was a mixed bag from our group. Service was ok. What a great experience my family and I had recently during our first visit. Restaurant is beautiful and clean and the menu has tons of options to choose from. I'm talking, extensive. Food came out fast and everything was delicious! The Apple Cake French Toast was absolutely out of this world. Our server Maria managed to make our visit even better. First time at Nudy's this morning and was very pleased! The menu was large and accommodating to all tastes. They open at 7 and we're were there at about 7:30. Small crowd (about 10 tables seated) but did pick up as morning went on. Place is roomy. Booths and tables are very well spaced. You aren't sitting on top of each other which is very refreshing for Conshohocken's breakfast spots. (If you have claustrophobia or anxiety like myself you will be just fine here even if it were filled to capacity!) The decaf coffee was just right. Lots of flavor and perfect with 1 cream and some sugar. My mom had the fresh fruit French toast which she said was delish. Fruit was fresh and juicy. Bread was done perfectly. Not overdone- just right. Fresh whipped cream was a perfect addition along with the sprinkle of cinnamon one top. I had the Huevos Rancheros and it was amazing! Hash browns with 3 eggs, black beans, salsa, farmers cheese and a chipotle Crema that they should bottle! Highly recommend. Definitely will be back. Need to try more items! read more

We usually are satisfied with our meal until they mistaken my daughter's order as she order regular crepes when it came with nutella in which she is highly allergic to tree nuts. The waiter insisted only chocolate and not nutella even though I repeatedly explained the allergy. The mom instinct tasted it and saved my daughter from an ER visit. New location in Conshy was packed on a Sunday morning when we visited. The wait was 10 min and they turn the tables quickly. Its a big place and its nice and bright inside. They did a real nice job fixing it up from the previous tenant a furniture store. The omelette and hash browns were excellent and portion was large. The coffee was top notch as well. Conshy's newest restaurant is expectedly slammed during weekend hours. Mr Nudy says in his opening manifesto that he's been doing this restaurant thing his whole life. So you'd think he'd have it down. Here's what we thought. 1. There was a wait. Most breakfast places have long waits on weekends. We expected it. And yet it seems they had no idea it would occur, because they didn't seem to plan for it at all. There is no seating for those waiting. Nothing outside (except a bus stop bench), and inside was a corner with some random chairs haphazardly thrown about. They also didn't think that those waiting would want to hear their name called. There's no speaker system of any sort. The din in the restaurant is enormous, given that it's a huge space with high ceilings, so good luck hearing your name called. Solution: put a bench in that corner and get some speakers and a mic. 2. We were there on Saturday at 1:30. The wait was 20 minutes. It took another 30 to get our food. And even then, it didn't come out together. We ordered a side of pancakes to share. Those came out after we'd finished eating our other food. I also ordered a side of "home fries" (they're really hash browns), and they didn't come out on my plate. Our waitress kept telling us she was "fighting for us". Why is that necessary? Apparently all those years Mr. Nudy spent in the restaurant business has little effect on his staff. They can't handle the volume of business coming their way. 3. The food was edible. Not remarkable. The pancakes stuck together--I've never seen that before. I think they were not completely cooked. Most everything lacked flavor. No seasonings applied. 4. PRO: the coffee was good. Not excellent, but better than the dishwater you get at Andy's diner on Ridge. That said, the best coffee in the area is at Pizzeria UNO's on Ridge. I kid you not. Try it. It's amazing. We do plan on going back to give it another try. Maybe it's growing pains, although, you know, ALL THOSE YEARS... whatever. Don't brag about your experience if it doesn't result in success. People around here are desperate for a good restaurant because most of them stink. So we had high hopes. Hopefully, they'll grow into the space. read more

The food had no taste and the staff was not pleasant at all. Almost impossible to order delivery from. You have to order the night before to even have a ghost of a chance of actually getting food. Even if you do? The next morning they will send you two texts or emails. One will confirm your order and thank you for it. Took my daughter for lunch. It's amazing how they transformed the old Light-Parker building- the space is gorgeous. It took a few minutes for anyone to take our order and the poor girl was nervous, but the place is new and she probably was, too- so that's to be expected. My daughter was bummed they were already out of cold brew at noon, but we were happy with our hot chocolate substitute. She got the cinnamon bun pancakes- they were as large as the plate; she liked them, but thought they may have been too sweet due to an abundance of cream cheese topping (which is really just her personal preference- I liked that they didn't skimp). My bagel, lox and cream cheese platter was generous, esp. the portion of smoked salmon. All in all, I'll come back. It was cheaper than another local breakfast place I enjoy, but won't go back to because I can't spend $45 every time I go there. Nudy's ended up being $31. read more

First time here. Food was good, nothing special (on the same level as any diner). We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a short stack of blueberry pancakes. Our sandwiches came out promptly, however, we didn't receive the pancakes so we asked the waitress if they were still coming. It was obvious that she had forgotten to ring them in with our meals but she said yes of course. 20 minutes pass and we are finished our meal and the pancakes finally come out (by that time we asked for them boxed up because we were full). The waitress apologized for the delay but did not offer to take the them off the bill. We went up to pay and I politely let the cashier know what happened. The cashier awkwardly apologized and asked me "should I get the manager?" Not being one to cause a scene, I said no it's fine, paid, and left. Great addition to the Conshy area! First time there and it's big, clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our food was great, the fish tacos are awesome! Tasty vinaigrette for the salad and this place is less expensive than other spots with the same quality food. The best part of our visit was our server, Tahlia. I had the opportunity to have breakfast at your beautiful restaurant in Conshohocken. I had the pancakes which were almost like eating lunch from the day before. The flavor was dominated by the smells of the grill. Then next day when I went back, I ordered eggs and corn beef hash. I ordered corn beef hash but that I got was a surprise. It was like no corn beef hash I had seen before. The server was very nice and the restaurant is beautiful but you have a lot of work to do. read more

Don't know what the buzz is about this place. The food is mediocre at best and the staff are so rude when it comes to the damn mask. It's so stupid! You are forced to wear the damn thing 5 feet to your table and then magically you're safe from Covid. The omelet was SOOOOO dry and the potatoes weren't cooked. The toast wasn't toast - it was limp bread soaked in fake butter. They charged $3.95 for 1 over easy egg to go with another dish that didn't come with eggs - $3.95 for ONE EGG!
