They had everything I needed and wanted except for one tincture (I'm assuming because it was cheap on sale). My whole family loves the C.A.D. brand and it's hard to find but they seem to always have several in stock. Alondra was friendly and quick in ringing me up (but not pushy to get me out the door even though the line was long behind us). We thought about partaking in a smoke sess in the back but decided we needed coffee, not wake and bake already. Cute outdoor area though, maybe next time.

He told me that he would leave and come back with my missing item. So he left, then an hour later he called me on the phone to say that he couldn't help me, I would instead have to talk to somebody higher up in the company, and that higher up person would be calling me later. By Thursday, I had not yet heard back from anybody. I then contacted 831 again, this time via the browser-based messaging on their website. The person I spoke with over messenger took all my information, and again told me that somebody would be calling me. It is now Saturday, and I still haven't heard back from anybody. The level of unprofessionalism at 831 is mind boggling. They took my money, but never gave me what I paid for. I don't know if their employees are lying to me, or if the management is incompetent, but in either case, I won't be using their services again. Update: Two weeks after placing my original order, I got a text from a manager at 831. They apologized for taking so long to get back to me, but didn't offer me any explanation as to why they took so long. They told me that they would have the missing item delivered to me the next day. I texted them again in the morning to confirm, and they said they would get back to me. As of this update, that was three days ago. I still haven't heard back from them. I wish I could rate them less than one star.

My little sister and I came to purchase two cartridges for my stepfather, who is a 100% disabled United States veteran. My sister presented her military ID, but it was not accepted because she is not currently on active duty. While I understand that policies may vary, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. This is now the second interaction I have had with the manager at this location where she has been rude, disrespectful, and dismissive toward me. During this visit, her attitude was unprofessional and demeaning, making what should have been a simple transaction into an uncomfortable experience. One of the employees apologized to me afterward, and I appreciated that gesture. However, it does not change how I was treated. After this second negative experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your Oakland dispensary. Over the past year, my family--including my stepfather and my sister--and I have been loyal customers. I have also recommended your dispensary to many of my friends because of the positive experiences we had in the past. Unfortunately, because of the repeated disrespectful treatment from the manager, I can no longer recommend your business and will be letting others know about my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the way customers are treated at this location. I would appreciate hearing what steps will be taken regarding this matter.
