Yesterday I was in Amarillo, today I'm in Phoenix. Woke up to sunshine near Sedona on the i17. I was suppose to finish my delivery and head back to LA. But fate wouldnt let me. And so found myself leaving the rig in the receivers yard, and I came out here to what many say is the best Buffett in Phoenix. So I'm going to agree on that statement. For 20.00 on a weekdays, you can have quality at almost every food hot bar in this joint. Their Cajun Shrimp and Corn are spot on. Not Boiling Crab level but far better than many Buffett places across the country. The Beef ribs is straight up Chinese influenced, sweet, sauce drenched in five spices, cinnamon, bay leaves, rock sugar and cloves--- a first in a Buffett setting 滷lu牛niu肉rou braised beef. And for a plate of on the spot hibachi pasta.......this is by far the best hibachi spaghetti Mongolian beef plate I've had in ages. I've almost completely forgotten Buffetts actually taste good and with the value here in Phoenix, you just can't find a spot like this in LA anymore. Not even sure Vegas has any of these Chinese Seafood Surviving Buffetts either. Definitely on my recommend list for price to quality to value for a super Buffett! Fast service, great location, huge indoor vibes.

My friend took me out here for my birthday dinner and it was great! However I would like to come a different time when it's not so busy. The staff was able to stay on top of things consistently, our table was always getting cleaned and our drink was always filled despite how busy it was. But the sheer amount of people in the place on top of how close together the tables are made it really overwhelming. Really hard to not bump into people. I kept bumping into the people at the table next to us when I went up to get more food. The pricing was pretty good, around $ 20 each for dinner and the drinks were around $3 each. Keep in mind that you have a 90 minute limit to eat, though. The food I tried was all pretty good quality compared to surrounding buffets. The dessert was also good, I was a big fan of the little coffee cake dessert they had. I'd love to come back for lunch someday!

Number 1 buffet is located in the Gateway Crossing plaza. I called in advance to find out if they were open on Christmas. They are open on every important holiday. They quoted me the price of the meal as well. When we arrived, you pay for your meal in advance. Prices were elevated and not what staff had quoted. Not happy, but we shrugged and paid the fee. They had special items like duck, short ribs, crab legs, salted crab, roast beef plus their usual items. Salads, dim sum, sushi, sashimi, soups, beef, pork, chicken, hibachi, veggies, and desserts. Our fave stop is the sashimi/sushi table. Staff are constantly making new sushi. Staff were very prompt to bus dishes. Lots of selections. Plenty of parking.

Came here for the first time and oh my god was it busy! I do have to say the customer service was great they are on top of everything. They have a good system going on getting people in and out. Numbers being called overhead. You get charged once you're in before they sit you. You get your table then they bring your drinks out and you can go get your food. Plates are at almost every corner of the food isles. I tried to taste everything but there was so much!! It was good the only thing I didn't care for was the shrimp (with the head, not of the fan of the eyes). But they don't clean out the vein and the shrimp was over cooked! The place is nice it's just that the tables are too close together. I felt like the table next to me was with us. Tried to get pictures of most of the isles.

Amazing food at Phoenix's newest Buffet! The variety of food is amazing and the service is great! Very crowded so don't expect it to be too intimate. Wonderful decor both inside and outside.

We've passed here before and have always wanted to try. Decided to try for date night. Lots of people waiting outside and inside during Saturday night dinner rush. BUT they told us it would only be 15 minutes for 2 people. Not bad at all. Plethora of food options!! Biggest hits were the seafood! They even have a hibachi station where you pick everything and it made to order. Super busy place. The biggest salad bar I've seen with Poke options too! We will be back! Be prepared to wait a bit especially if with a large party!

Hands down the best Asian buffet place I've ever been to. The service is quick and pretty friendly. They came by often to take away plates and were helpful! The establishment was a lot nicer and cleaner than most other places. So many options for food!!

my mom and I love coming here usually. I get it today was thanksgiving. My main complaint is that we had 3 adults and 2 kids. For the three adults total is about $120 ($39.99 each) and 2 kids (6-8 yrs old $15.99) about $32. The cashier than asked if any kids were eating lobster tail we said NO. she didn't ask us that (adults) our total had came out to $205 and I was concerned on why it was so much because it should have been around $152. I then ask why was it so much and get pink tickets. She said it was automatic that the lobster is automatic charge onto each adult. We then ask again before we get seated and we're told don't worry about it it's included in the $39.99??? Which made no sense because it clearly says on your sign EXTRA ADD ON LOBSTER TAIL $18.99 per person. The automatic charge for something we didn't want and we didn't even eat the lobster was insane. Especially because we asked twice nicely and both were false information.

It was great! We live local and grateful there's a buffet with an array of selections. I was mainly here for the seafood and was very satisfied. Got full off of crab legs and sashimi. The sashimi was fresh and delicious. Salmon was very fatty. Prices were great. We celebrated Mother's Day and it was $29 per person. Service as quick, much respect to the hosting staff for getting everyone seated. Our plates were cleared away quick and drinks were constantly refilled. What more can you ask for the price? 5 stars!

It's located in a big plaza, happy to see plenty of parkings. The place was nice, suitable for big groups and families. I love how many choices they offered. They got sushi, seafood, Chinese, Mongolian, Cajun, etc. I'm genuinely surprised they have sashimi, usually buffet only offer sushi but they provide protein only options. The service was quick and easy, it's a buffet so they were focusing more on self-services. The dinner price for me total at $25.87 ( A pink lemonade included I believe it was $2.99). Will visit again if I'm around the area.

Almost 8.00 for a service fee
    Bonny R.

First off this place is ripping people off by charging a 12% service fee on top of whatever your bill is to pay for straws, napkins, and their employees wages is what the manager said. The manager also said it's legal because it's legal in California. The food is just mediocre for the price they charge anyway and the service is horrible. Since when is it ok to add your own fees???? Never again!!! This place should be boycotted. Mandarin Buffet is so much better and they rip people off by adding a service fee.

Does anyone know what the pricing is like?

Are there snow crab legs on Friday dinner?

Yes they do. Call them to make certain they haven't changed.

Does anyone know what the 12% service charge is for even when you pay cash?

12% charge actually is the tips for the server but they charge you once you make the payment before dine in and THEY DID NOT SHARE THIS 12% TO THEIR SERVER AT ALL !! THEY ARE STEAL THE SERVER TIPS !!! Thats why you can see they keep changing the…

What is the difference between lunch and dinner besides the price? Thanks in advance!

My experience has been a lower price but also usually a smaller portion. Also for this particular place it would also be the foods that they would have like dinner foods as opposed to lunch type foods.

Anyone know if they're open on thanksgiving day and if so is crab legs going to be available?

I believe they will be open but best to call to verify. Couldn't tell ya about the crab legs. We don't eat them so we're not concerned about them! Sorry...😑 We're too busy chowing down on the other good stuff!!! 😋

Anyone know if they let you reserve for big parties, ie 20-30ppl?? UPDATE: they don't take any kind…

I don't see why not! I don't think they would want a party of that size just to descend on them. Best to call them and ask. Check your receipt! "Gratuity " has now been switched to "Service Fee." I asked "Is this the tip?" and I was told "Yes."

    Is sashimi served during lunch?

    Yes it is 👍🏻

Do they serve crabs during lunch time?

I believe crab legs are served at the discretion of the restaurant. We didn't see any during our visit but if you look at the Yelp reviews, some show crab legs during the lunch hours. You'll have better luck at the dinner hour. If you have your…

How much does does the buffet cost with a senior discount?

Less than $15. Seniors receive 10% discount in the original price. Make sure to let the host know as they show you to your seat.

Is there a price difference between lunch and dinner hours if there is what are the lunch hours?

Lunch hours are until 3:30pm on Monday to Friday.

Everything was decent and good flavor. On the second round, I tried the teriyaki chicken style skewers and a few other items in the Chinese section. I was really quite impressed with the chicken skewers - huge portions of dark meat and very fresh. Buffet trays were clean and constantly being re-stocked. As some have mentioned, there is a lot of seafood - halibut, crab, shrimp - did not try everything b/c I was already full. The sushi was probably a 4/10 - but I don't expect good sushi from these kind of places (I only tried spicy tuna). Finished with some fruit and jello. Honestly, in 2026, for a few bucks more than a tiny plate at Panda Express, it's hard to beat this. Saturday around 2pm and the place was crowded.

The waitress was attentive the whole time, bathrooms were clean, and I really appreciated how mindful the staff was with my deaf friend. That always stands out to me. The calamari was okay. I liked it, but my friend said she's definitely had better. I also had to ask for lemon with the calamari. Last time I came with a friend they were completely out of lemons, so I was glad that wasn't an issue this time. I'd probably try something different instead of the calamari next visit though. We got the Pier 88 combo crab boil with the "All of the Above" seasoning in mild. It came out super quick and was very well seasoned. I personally thought it leaned a little salty, but I also saw other tables adding extra salt to their food, so I guess it just depends on your taste. Portions were good and everything tasted delicious. Very kid-friendly spot, pretty loud and lively inside, and honestly a great place for hosting bigger groups, family get-togethers, or even just catching up with a friend over drinks and seafood. I've been here before and would definitely come back again.

I came here with a friend, to watch a Thursday night concert. My friend went to the Pink Floyd…read morecover band, and she and I were there last week to see a Bruno Mars cover band. We parked on the top floor of the parking garage and for whatever reason, the elevator took a while to show up and take us down to the casino floor. We almost used the stairs. But we did get there, and it was kind of close to the starting time of the concert too, but it was easy to get into the venue area with our rewards card. They had food for sale, but we skipped it (it smelled wonderful) and headed to the concert area, which was just an open area next to the 5 story parking garage, bordered by the service roads accessing the parking garage and laid down with short astroturf. The performance stage seemed kind of small, and the seating area seemed just adequate (many of us who showed up not-early had to stand), but it got the job done. The folding chairs were quite padded, which was nice (we did get a seat maybe 2/3 of the way through the concert, when a group of people left). Even for Bruno Mars (777 was the name of their tribute group), the average age of the audience seemed to skew pretty high, with a sea of white hair. But we all had a good time, even if we didn't get out of our seats or dance until the very last song. The only difficulty was this particular night had a very chilly wind blowing constantly and I didn't have a jacket with me, so I was quite cold. We jetted out of there just after the last song, and we were able to traverse the casino and parking garage and exit quickly and easily. I had wanted to roam around the casino after the concert, but I was so cold and tired from the wind (it felt like a whole bucket of dust had been wind-blown into my eyes), that I just wanted to go home after. Too bad a casino of this size can't do an indoor event, but I was still glad I went. Next time if the weather is better, I'll spend more time in the gaming area. :)
