Food was pretty alright overall, some foods were really good(for a buffet) like some of the sushi and meats. Others were pretty gross like the orange chicken likely because it had been sitting for a bit and had gotten soggy. Flavor was alright but texture wasn't good. Customer service is absolutely amazing, I never came back to my table with the plates still there. From the photos you can see some of the selection available. I'm not sure if I ate too much but I did sh*t myself shortly after but arguably "worth it" for a cheap buffet option. I also saw a guy with 3 plates of shrimp I personally didn't have any but it must be good if he's having so much.

I write this with a much trepidation that my lovely wife will discover my review and be less than supportive. I come here because she loves it. Do keep that in mind, there are those who love it. This is a basic sea food buffet, but it isn't just sea food, it includes Chinese American, pizza all kinds stuff. The stuff isn't particularly flavor full, even things like Kung pao chicken is pretty basic and not thst flavorful. Not that the foods bad, it's not! It's.......fine. Like the little lunch stuff at QT. The staff is typically friendly, although service isn't that great. They have no need to interact with you much. As for Ambiance well....It's also not in the best neighborhood, aaannnddd you can tell! Lock your car, hide ya daughter hide ya wife.... well you know the rest. Stay strapped and.....enjoy? I guess.

I don't go to buffets for gourmet food. I go for quantity and variety. But Harbor Seafood Super Buffet does have some very good items in additional the many decent ones. I was very impressed with the sushi--both the variety and the taste. I'd come here for the sushi alone. But there's lots more to try. The overwhelming majority of the dishes are Asian, with a tiny smattering of other offerings. Quality varied--the BBQ pork was very good, as were the sauteed mushrooms and the green beans. Some dishes fell flat, but there were plenty of things we enjoyed. The service was basic but friendly, and the decor was a little cheesy, but fun. Drawbacks: The restrooms were not very clean. Also, instead of the traditional buffet soft-serve ice cream, they had single-serving ice cream and sherbet in a freezer case. Overall, next time we're in the mood for a buffet, I would go back to this one.

Came here for dinner with my fiance. Some food was cold and some were just warm. There's alot of varieties of food, soup, sushi, hibachi, seafood and dessert. I didnt think its all that. Crawfish didnt have that much taste and the roast beef was very chewy and cold. Service here wasnt all that great waiter and waitress doesn't speak English well and they have a hard time communicating. Restroom women and men absolutely needs attention. Is all I can say. Ambience, as you walk in theres a pond, its like any other buffet place. I wouldnt come back. I just thought I was in the area to try this place. Everyone has different taste and different opinion but I wouldn't come back here if im in town.

Don't knock it until you try it!! For $18 this is the real bang for your buck! There was a good variety of food from Chinese, hibachi, sushi, and fried foods. My favorite has to be the hibachi and sushi with lots of choices. If you're a fan of buffets like my family is they all said this is the best of buffets we have ever gone to because of the variety and price! It was super crowded when we went at 7PM, so it can get loud and rowdy inside. The staff is nice and always checking on us. Give it a try if you're in the area!

My dessert. (Donuts, tapioca pudding, orange chicken, 1 single cantaloupe slice, and some ice cream)

So, i went into this place having really low expectations, knowing that buffets are usually only OK or not so good. But this place actually had really good food. I thought it was really cool how they had raw meat out and you put it on your plate and they cook it for you. And also, first time having escargot...at a buffet? Really clean, really nice staff, honestly, i love this place.

Be honest, this is the best Chinese buffet I ever had. Depending on the price , the food are really good quality and tasted good . Crawfish is fresh that I was shocked about it . Highly recommended it .

Ask the Community - Harbor Seafood Super Buffet

Are seafood offerings more plentiful on Friday nights and weekends when the price is higher?

The best way to find out is to call and ask. I go during the week, and I can tell you they don't have King Crab Legs. That may be the difference. Your best bet is to call and…

Do you have food items other than fish?

Yes, many choices of beef, chicken and pork. Soup, veggies and desserts too.

Seafood Harbor Buffet does charge by the pound on buffet to go.

What are the Monday-Thursday lunch hours?

With COVID 19, what are the safety protocols? Are customers required to use gloves when using the serving utensils in the buffet area?

Very nice place where many other parties were also there celebrating bday's! They were out of the trout so I ordered the Wild Caught Snapper dish and it was the most delish fish I've had that was similar to chicken. My husband ordered the seafood fried platter! We split a seafood andouille gumbo. They had Parmesan garnished on my food and were able to accommodate my dairy allergy! Super glad it wasn't an issue. The manager came to make sure I was pleased. He and our server were nice! Charlie was our server. He was super friendly. We will come back! Happy to share the place with seafood lovers friends and family when they visit us!

But our server was great and he would have gotten the 20% at least... I don't know why I didn't take pictures except for mine. Probably because I was so freaking annoyed. Well for a start Fruit De Mer, $37.95 for shrimp, crab fingers and oysters. Shrimp was OK, they weren't pealed probably so I bit into small shells few times, crab fingers was super tiny with almost no meat to little meat, little fishy, not tasty, oysters.. two big and two tiny ones. Big ones I'm guessing Louisiana oysters, small one I have no idea. I kid you not small ones looked like ones you get at cheap Chinese buffet. For how much you got the price you pay was beyond me. I think maybe 15 bux might have been OK. Rest of the dishes were pretty good but when I saw my dish I was confused. I had to look at the menu to see if I made the right order. Looked at the picture I took 11 months ago and verified I orders the same dish. I know cost of things have gotten up and some times you have to decide keep the price same and give smaller portion or raise the price.. Well I would have preferred either or. Not the dish I got which looked and tasted like, keep the same peice, add more pasta, put less seafood. I was so annoyed I wanted to complain but I got the evil eyes from my wifey since it was a bday dinner celebration, so I kept my mout shut. I remember seafood gumbo being amazing but for some reason shrimp gumbo was also pure disappointment. Little salty and lacked the flavor that I remember eating. Definitely not worth the price for a cup. Filet mignon for $68.95 definitely was not worth the price tag also. Over all food was pretty good but not as good as last time I ate there. Service was still great which is nice. I cannot keep this place 4 starts anymore. And I used to recommend this place to everybody but not after today. That almost $38 appetizer was sad and over priced and they totally ruined my Pasta Mardi Gras. Maybe I am being too harsh but 8 people dinner with 3 appetizers, one main dishes per person, just water to drink for over $650, I just could not get over the fact that it was not worth the over all price.

We usually get the build your own combo, with crawfish, snow crab, and a few appetizers like french fries, garlic noodles, and onion rings. I believe they have changed management recently, or in the past few years. Although the sauce remains delicious, the food quality seems to be falling, and I see that they have a few food safety violations listed on their Yelp. The garlic noodles were swimming in the watery sauce, and the Cajun fries were not tossed, just sprinkled on top. The restaurant has never been that busy when we go, and there is usually is only one server doing all the hosting, food running, and waitressing. Ours seemed to be a little stressed today, and did not refill our drinks as much as we would've preferred, and forgot things like our salt and pepper. You probably get a better experience than what my family did. At first using the GPS, this place was hard to find until I realize we are not looking for a sit down restaurant...it's a drive up and drive-through restaurant, it's basically made for takeout dining exclusively! Don't let that fool you though because the food at this place slaps! Lol! We had a lobster roll, a Mexican salad (served on a large flour tortilla, as a burrito!) as well as the flatbread and chicken quesadillas. They were all excellent (if you're from the East Coast, you might be disappointed by the lobster roll because it's a local interpretation of what a lobster roll would be like ) and they are among our favorite things to pick up when we want to grab food and take it back home..
