And I even had a picture of my nails from the last time from when another lady did them at the same establishment & he messed up my base power and could not do my French right so then he and the manager are both screaming because I don't like his work so then another man had to finish off my nails correctly. I have been all over Harford County trying all of the nail salons, but never found one I would go to again. Then I tried #1 Nails, and I really liked them from my first manicure. I got Johnny who can do more complicated nails, and he has been my go to ever since. I have never had a bad manicure, and ALWAYS get compliments on my nails wherever I go. Some of my friends started going there and like it. They always asked about my sick husband when I would come in. One day when I went in and they asked about him, I let them know he had passed away. She announced it to the rest of the workers. They ALL dropped what they were doing to come over and give me a hug! I am very comfortable there, and so is my daughter. read more

Went in for a full set and pedicure at 4:20 came out at 7pm on a Tuesday. Extremely dissatisfied with the work. The pedicure was basically washing my feet. I was still skin around my feet and ankles that they did not even scrape off. The water was cold no massage to the feet. Barely any product used during the process. The painting of my toes was the only positive experience. For my full set with white powder I have one nail that wasn't even full covered. Two excessively chunky nails that were not shaped files or done correctly. After spending $85 for work I was not satisfied with I will never come back to this location. Nor will I recommend them. I moved here from Florida and thought they would be a good salon. Nope don't do it don't go. look at their work on a non busy day. Tammy has a very nasty attitude. Sometimes she can be ok, but Friday she told me to calm down loudly, because I was reminding her to file down the corners of my nails, which were pointed. This was totally unnecessary. I told her I'm paying you; you calm down. She started talking loud in Vietnamese. I assumed she was talking about me. I heard a guy who does nails raise his voice at a customer. The customer looked embarrassed but did not say anything. When I paid for my nails, Tammy was very rude, so I gave her a dollar tip. Terrible! The guy in there kept cutting my fingernail and toe nail. My nails came out lumpy when all I got was sns. By the time I went for my toes I wanted to cry. He cut my nail down to the skin and it was hurting and he tried to keep filing and thought it was funny. When he saw I was upset he started complaining about me in his language. Got a new set, definitely was not able to give my reasoning for why I wanted MY nails short and was told what design I was going to get and pay for. Hated the design and when I asked for it removed, I got an attitude and 3 coworkers standing around me while one finished my nails. Shape was very off. They nickel and dime. If I could give no stars I would. I needed to get my gel polish with acrylic overlay removed due to a medical procedure I was having. The guy began by cutting my nails low, so low he even cut my right thumb. THEN he proceeds to remove the acrylic on my nails by scraping under with a fake nail! I had to tell him several times it was painful so he pulled out a drill instead. It was the absolute worst service I've ever had. Removing nails should be the easiest task, he couldn't do that so there's no telling if he can put them on. If you're into risking it I'd go here for quality service and work go elsewhere . read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS ! Tonight I had the worst experience. A mother at the nail shop was very upset because her child said one of the nail tech made a sexually inappropriate comment to her . The county police came to the scene because the salon manager Tammy completely ignored the complaint and said it must be a language barrier and denied anything wrong happened . The manager also denied a refund to the mother and did not provide the mother with the owners Info. The rest of the techs kept doing nails like nothing was going on all while a child was there to feel vulnerable. This was the worst experience ever! beyond poor service. I have seen others go off In that shop because of poor service lack of quality etc and the manager always ignores the customer and denies any refund. Walked in, random no appt. I wanted a pedicure and I dragged the hubby out with me, so we got pedis together (his first time) they were great ! The salon I originally wanted to go too based off of their good reviews was closed on Sunday. I went in already skeptical, but to my surprised they did have customers. This nail salon is quit possibly the worst nail salon I have ever been too. We came to the salon expecting a nice girls spa day. Upon arrival, we were told they were "to busy" and for us to come back in an hour. Understandable, besides the fact that there were plenty of open seats and areas, with no workers. We agreed to come back in an hour, which is exactly what we did. An hour later we came back, expecting to have had our name on a list and be taken care of immediately. When we arrived an hour later, they did not recognize us at all and told us to come back an hour later, thinking we were new, random customers. After stating that we had ALREADY been told to come back in an hour, they looked away, spoke with each other, and told us "we are really short on staff, everyone is on vacation", implying they could not serve us. I have never heard of a business or salon NOT wanting customers or service but clearly they can't handle two people coming in to get manicures and pedicures. I am absolutely APPALLED by this service and hope this is taken care of because I am most certainly NOT going there again. read more
