The piercer was okay at first then she kept on using the n slur in almost every sentence while having a conversation. I've heard in the past from her other clients at orbit how she was very unprofessional and was using foul language and being very touchy and aggressive once told to stop. read more

Their prices seem really affordable (I shared a photo of one of the price lists, check it out in my photos). I can't remember that chicks name that did the piercings but she was hella cool. Went in about a month ago to get 3 helix piercings and my second lobe piercing. come to find out, after the swelling went down, my helix piercings aren't spaced correctly. When I was there the lady was struggling to put the top of the ball on the piercings, causing me to sit there a little lightheaded and in pain while she dropped the ball (literally, and figuratively) multiple times. My partner came with me and got his tongue pierced the same day... and guess what! His piercing is crooked!!! What the actual f***! We paid about $170 for our piercings to come out all messed up. I'm just saying... there's places down the road that have WAY better jewelry (they have like none at Nunez) and do bundle deals for people who get a few piercings. First of all I've been coming to this shop for YEARS. Z is one of the best when it comes to communication, making you comfortable and giving you exactly what you came for as a piercer. She's so kind & patient, especially when you're back and forth in what to get & pain level (ie taking myself out of shit lol). She's all around so sweet and has made me more comfortable than any other piercer to date. All of my piercings (and friends/family's piercing from her) have looked amazing and healed great. She also is GREAT for follow up. If you are nervous to change something yourself, have a question or need a suggestion, she is SUPER available and helpful long after your piercing is done. If it was a lower rating I would rate it -0. Today, my friends and I went to this Tatt & Piercing spot, my 1 friend got her nose and tragus pierced. I'm going to make this short n str8 to the point, the young lady didn't know what she was doing for 1. She did my friend tragus first, she end up messing up and rip some of her skin off her tragus, her ears kept on bleeding for an hour smh, it would not stop bleeding, it was literally gushing out (pouring). She still charged her, which she should've have gave it to her for FREE. She gave her solution which had soap in it, it's 2018 you suppose to use sea salt. My other friend and I was telling her, "Let's Go" . We went to another piercing spot where I got my tragus done and they even said, they jacked her ears up. This situation was a whole mess, unprofessional n shady. They lady didn't even apologize. BE AWARE!!!!! read more

Juan is AMAZING!!! I had a rib piece done by him and he made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He took his time and allowed me to take as many breaks as I needed, which made me feel at ease. The tattoo was beautiful and just what I had envisioned. I had my sister's cartilage pierced and he did an excellent job with her as well. Wide range of jewelry on display as well, I was glad to find the flat back nose hoop I was looking for. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get peircing at Nunez!!!!!!! I got an upper ear lobe peircing and regret it. First of all, the jewerly was not autoclaved. Secondly, the lady placed the earring on the same surface that I was sitting on. Thirdly she used a permanent marker to mark the location of the piercing, and I'm pretty sure she uses that marker on everyone. The only sterilization she did was spray disinfectant on my ear than wipe it off with an unsterile paper towel. That's not even the worse part! She used a freaking GUN!!!!! Because she used a gun instead of a needle she accidently pierced part of my cartilage. A lobe piercing shouldnt hurt and this one hurts worse than my helix! Bottom line: Pay extra for a professional that uses needles and is concerned about sterilization. She's an amatuer. read more

Will not recommend this place for piercings!!!! ugh! so the positives first what little there were. it was cheap. like $25 for everything. And it didn't hurt. Now ok so standard lip piercing is a 16g..... NOT mine! The ring i have in now im not sure what it is but it's smaller than 16g and BIGGER yes bigger than what i was pierced with!!!! Took me an hour to get it in and that was a full 3 weeks after i got my lip pierced. And i took really good care of my lip. Friends were amazed at the lack of swelling and how well and fast it healed. And still 3 weeks later i had to FORCE this little ring through my lip! PAINFUL! and Now about 2 months later i still cant even force the 16g through =/ ! The girl that pierced my lip didn't tell me what she used and well i guess shame on me for assuming it was a 16g needle! I had to ask about after care and healing time or i'm pretty sure she never would've opened her mouth. I was super excited at first cuz i'd been waiting a long time to get my lip done and finally did it but once that excitement wore off I looked back and realized wow she was impersonal... then tried to put a new piercing in and thats when i was just really annoyed. I went to another shop to put it back in only to get told my bar was to short and my ball wasn't on properly causing it to come out and my nose ring constantly came out forcing me to continue to put it back in now it closed up. Will NEVER go back! At least for a piercing! Horrible experience! The guy who usually does my dermals moved to sac so I was told about Nunez and their forever going "piercing promo sale". I usually pay around $80 but at nunez it was $40. This seemed like I hit the jackpot at the time because I wanted 3 done: in the middle of my chest & two in my back. I must admit the girl who pierced me was hella koo but she did a horrible job on my dermals. She used a dermal punch ( which you're never suppose to use ) and the hole for my dermal ended up wayyy too big for da piercing! All three piercings FELL out by the time I drove home to Vallejo!! Yes FELL out! If you know anything about dermals.. They're suppose to sit snug close to your skin even when you first get them pierced! My hole was wayy visible and I could understand why the jewelry fell out. I called them back told them what happened and they gave me an attitude because they were about to close. They did wait for me though, but the guy lectured me saying not to touch them and I must have hit them because they're not suppose to fall out! I'm looking at the guy like he's crazy because I already had 3 properly done dermals prior to that and those experiences definitely didn't end up like this! To wrap up the story , all 3 ended up rejecting and one of the jewels even fell out of the anchor SMH! Note I haven't had ANY problems with my other 3. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE! read more

I've been here twice now. Once for an industrial piercing and again recently for an inverse labret piercing (Ashley). The environment is peaceful the staff is amazing but they aren't very great with answering the phones. The first time I was pierced there I had called for days left voicemails and requested a call back and after no follow thru I just made the trip back to the store only to find out nothing I didn't already know. I went back because again the work environment is amazing. I just got the Ashley piercing Friday and I noticed that the swelling was causing the Jewelry to cut into my lip. I called again to ask if it was normal and they never answered the phone. I left a voicemail with panic in my voice I understand I called on a day that they weren't open so I patiently waited on a response because I assumed they would check the voicemail on the first day back from being closed for two days and nothing. I have called already twice today and still no one is there to answer the phone. Great customer service shouldn't stop after a tattoo or piercing is finished. Especially if you want to keep getting repeat clientele. I need a response from someone because I truly believe that the piercing is cutting me and I refuse to take my piercing out after all the pain I went thru. If I have to see another piercer to fix something a phone call could answer I'll never return. read more
