Terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid this business. 1. Delivery Issues & Poor Communication: I contractually paid Nursery Trees a total of $2,474.30 for 5 arborvitae trees and professional installation, expecting premium quality. Instead, my experience was a disaster. I visited the nursery to hand-select my trees and confirmed details via email. On delivery day, the crew brought trees that were only 7.5 to 8 feet tall--far shorter than agreed upon. The foreman admitted he was never told which trees to pick and that nothing was marked. This initial trip and all prior communications were a complete waste of time. 2. Negligent Planting Practices: Weeks later, the second delivery arrived with the correct height. However, during excavation, I warned the foreman (Manuel) that the holes were too shallow. He ignored my feedback and planted all 5 trees with their root balls sticking 6 to 8 inches above the ground. When I showed him my existing, properly flush arborvitaes, he claimed my healthy, established trees were the ones planted incorrectly. 3. Property Damage & Incompetence: In Fall 2025, my sprinkler winterization technician discovered a broken irrigation line shooting water between two of the new trees--direct damage from this company's excavation. I had to personally coordinate and pay for my irrigation company to fix the line while forcing this nursery to return, dig up the trees, and lower them properly. During the replanting, the foreman (Manuel) showed zero professional knowledge. He repeatedly asked me basic questions on how to do his job, including how deep to plant them, which side should face front, and if it was "okay" to bump a tree directly against an adjacent root ball. 4. Failed Final Result: Within 24 hours of their "fix," two of the middle trees began leaning heavily and grew crooked. I notified the management (Zach), but I ultimately refused to let them back on my property. I had to hire an independent, competent local business to fix their mistakes. Just...yes! 100%! Zero doubt! You want to do business with NurseryTrees.com! This is the 2nd time I've purchased trees from NurseryTrees.com. Both times have been great experiences. The first time, was after a wild fire in 2020, destroyed some of the old growth trees on our property. My husband and I wanted large, instant impact privacy trees, to replace the ones we lost. NurseryTrees.com was instrumental in restoring our sense of peace and privacy. This time, the 2nd time, was to plant a living memorial to my husband, who passed away unexpectedly in 2023. Zach, who remembered both my husband and I, was kind and respectful. Zach drove me around the farm and talked to me about all the different trees. He helped me pick 5 beautiful trees, actually going so far as to find "better ones" for me, and then he set up the delivery and planting date. (Interesting fact is that NurseryTrees.com actually no longer delivers to the area I live; however, they were honored to be asked to do this, in memory of my husband, so they gladly made an exception for delivery.) On the day of delivery, the crew foreman contacted me and kept me informed of their arrival status. Once they arrived, it was amazing how quickly they were able to plant all 5 trees and set them up for watering. They even took the time to allow me to spread some of my husband's ashes into each planting. They were all very polite and respectful. It was a wonderful experience and now I have these beautiful trees to watch grow and change with the seasons and time. It has helped me feel closer to my husband. Thank you Zach. For everything. Family owned business - and a wonderful family at that. But also, the crew is unreal!!! So professional. They planted 40 + trees, brought in 3ish yards of topsoil, made sure each tree was level, spaced perfectly. Additionally, they used plywood to get through our grass with their heavy equipment as to not ruin it, raked our grass when they were done, blew all the dirt off our driveway, watered and trimmed the trees, I could go on and on! Here's how it works: 1) Do an Internet search and end up at nurserytrees.com. 2) Browse through pictures and information. 3) Make an appointment. 4) Drive out to the farm. 5) Take a ride in an off-road golf cart to view the trees in-person. 6) Narrow down the choices. 7) Measure and tag the tree(s) you want. 8) Make arrangements for installation. NO money is exchanged until after the work is finished. They are situated on a beautiful farm in Snohomish and kids are welcome. They have a really cool Labradoodle, Mia. that joins you as you walk around too. We took our 3 year-old son and he just loved it there. Our goal was to get rid of some 6 - 7ft Emerald Green Arborvitaes that we had planted along a fence in our backyard and to replace them with more mature trees that would provide privacy immediately and be enjoyable to look at for years to come. We tossed around some options with Michael, one of the owners, and he led us to some Excelsa Cedars. At no time did we feel pressured to "buy more tree" or anything like that. In fact, Michael steered us away from a more costly initial selection to these sale-priced Excelsas. Additionally, we worked out a deal with our 9 Arborvitaes where nurserytrees.com would come dig them up, burlap them, and give us credit for each tree. BigTrees never even mentioned anything like that. How cool! So we made a deal, tagged some trees, and made an appointment for installation. 3 gentlemen showed up in a flatbed truck with a hydraulic lift on the back. Clearly they knew what they were doing. In fact, because one of the tools (called a "Dingo") was being used by another crew, these guys had to wheel all the trees on a cart and dig all the holes by hand. They made fast work of the job and were only at our house for a couple hours. We are very pleased with the results. The trees are centered nicely too. They also installed a quick-install watering system. We are very happy with our experience and would do business with nurserytrees.com again. read more

We are thrilled with this company. A windstorm took out two large trees and let us with an unobstructed view into the neighbor"s yard and camper and wood pile and sundry cars. We totally lost all privacy and badly needed help. We drove to Snowhomish where we met with people who were extremely helpful. Within a few days we had Manuel come to our home to look at the damage and advise us on the best options. Two weeks from the day I called, the new Laurels were in place and our privacy restored.
