This place is in a terrible location, always bumper-to-bumper traffic, and finding parking takes forever. I circled for nearly 30 minutes before finding a spot. I arrived just one minute past their 15-minute grace period, and they refused to take me. I even told them I'd been searching for parking 15 minutes earlier, but they never mentioned they had open spots in their own lot until I was standing there being turned away. Never had lip filler but nurse Elle did such an AMAZING job with mine. I have a naturally thicker upper lip but thin at the bottom. She balance them out to look natural but plumped. Please learn from my mistake and don't fall for their Instagram ads. I prepaid $279 for the Non-Surgical Facelift after seeing it online, but when I went in they said I wasn't a good candidate and recommended 3 sessions of Kybella instead for $6,000. No way could I afford going from $279 to paying $6k! Then they offered one Kybella treatment for $950 and threw in three facials that I really didn't care about, but I'm super stressed with my wedding coming up, so I said fine. For some reason, they couldn't even do the Kybella that day. I returned for my Kybella but when I was trying to leave, they asked me to pay an additional $950, so $1,900 total! They'd injected me with two vials of Kybella, not the one I paid for. That's their mistake and I could not afford the expense. They pushed me to the side so they could deal with another customer who was really upset about also being lied to. Another customer in the waiting area told me she had three sessions with the Non-Surgical Facelift but it doesn't work. They have regular raffles you can enter by writing good reviews, which explains why they have any at all. No one in there seemed happy and the woman on the desk was incredibly rude to a client who said this was her second time coming across town to hear the laser was still broken. It's been a month and there is no change to my face. I seriously think this whole place is a scam. read more

Buyer beware! Terrible experience . I was recommend the glass facial laser to help with very mild dark spots on my skin and texture and after a few treatments in a package of 6 I noticed the spots got darker and more appeared. I followed all indications ! I met with the owner and she confirmed it did get worse but may get better with additional treatments . I said no way I didn't want to continue and would like a refund of unused package . Instead of agreeing to a refund of unused treatments they said they would give me partial credit towards another treatment that cost 10 times more! I wrote them multiple times inquiring about a refund and they ignored me said well get back to you and after multiple emails and texts for responses they doubled down on the credit towards more expensive treatments ! On top of ruining my skin they didn't even respond timely and are not reasonable . Don't go here! read more

This is not a reflection on the staff at all they were great and I did enjoy my treatments. But sadly I do believe it was false advertising. I paid for the non surgical facelift. I paid (and still paying off) about $2500 for 6 treatments. My last treatment was in October and I have had zero results. When you are in office and they take the photos you look great cause they do gua sha and use ice to cool you down. However I kept photos of my entire experience and I look the same as day 1. Then they sit you up to look at your results and you look the same as you did when you walked in. MY HONEST EXPERIENCE with Sumaira during Lip Filler, Laser Hair Removal, and Botox... LIP FILLER: This was my very first time getting it done and I wanted it to still look natural. Samaria was *veryyyyy* patient while I asked all the questions and took her time to explain everything to me during the entire process. We used Juvaderm (1/2 syringe bc I wanted to be conservative my first time). She had this cute ice pack to numb my lips a little before starting, and I was also able to hold this little vibrating tool that helps lessen the pain. It hurt less than I thought it would! She was very gentle and constantly asking me if I was doing ok, which I honestly needed. She did such an amazing job that I never even bruised at all! Everything healed beautifully and I am obsessed with how great she made my lips! LASER HAIR REMOVAL: This was also my first time getting this (I hate wax it hurts so bad so I was terrified of trying this) ans once again, Sumaira was very gentle and checked in on me throughout the lasering. This process actually went way faster than I thought and I didn't feel any pain in some areas (like my legs). The Brazilian & under arms had some slight quick pain, but it went by so fast that the pain immediately stopped after and didn't linger. I already cannot wait for my next session!! I'm going to go in every 6 weeks (about 6-7 sessions total) so I can have the hair gone for good. BOTOX: This was also my first time getting any Botox so I wasn't sure what to expect! We did "baby Botox" because I'm an actress and still need expression. I did my forehead, elevens, and crow's feet on the outside of my eyes. We also added a tiny bit above the upper lip for a slight lip flip! The pain was NOTHING compared to the lips! The lips weren't even bad, but the Botox felt like basically nothing at all. She uses a tiny needle so that's probably why! It's been 2 weeks since I got that done and my makeup goes on much smoother and I don't have these wrinkles in my forehead or eleven's (between my eyes) anymore! Overall, this was such an amazing experience for my very first time for all 3 of these things. I trust her so much & love how she communicates! She also keeps everything SUPER clean! I am going back soon to do PRP microneedling next! I am so glad I officially found "my go to place" for all things aesthetic in Beverly Hills!
