Excellent Service I discovered that they are open to the public during Covid and have been coming here ever since. I come at least once a week. That staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues since switching to this location; all the workers have been really helpful, friendly and accommodating. My last two visits I was helped by Andres. He usually insists on helping you carry out even when you decline his initial offer; very kind gentleman. He makes friendly conversation and is honestly very polite, seems to be a genuinely kind human being. The ladies here know I bring my baby and she likes to select a few items for herself, be it a small toy or drink / snack, and they don't give you any stink about her running around to pick something. They smile, giggle, and they know I always pay for whatever she selects. Also the fruit / veggies selection here is really good. I be surprised when I'm at actual grocery stores and come across rotten fruits/veggies. And there's a good selection of drinks in their fridge also, so it's not just WIC products, which makes a quaint and convenient market to stop at. Theres 2 older women that work there that are so nice and helpful! And then theres 2 younger girls. One of the two younger girls makes me so mad when i come in because shes not very welcoming and kind of rude. The other young girl is veryyyy helpful and super nice! For some reason when i go in on the days that the rude young girl is there, i get so irritated and try to remember what day shes there so that i dont come in on those days! Wow! What an experience!! Up until two days ago I had been buying my WIC groceries at Winco and Walmart (occasional issue here and there, but that's another story). However, since this pandemic started I haven't been able to get the groceries that I need. Last month I missed out on eggs, milk, and all my dry foods! After telling this to my friend she told me to come here. When I say WOW! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE, I mean it. The workers are extremely kind and helpful. I didn't know what to do at first and they guided me along the way. I was literally in an out within 15 minutes, buying everything my WIC allows me to because my balance is about to expire. Not only am I over joyed that I can shop here from now on and not deal with the hassle of Walmart taking down their WIC stickers, but the people here made this grocery run the easiest thing I've ever had to do, other than breathing ! Y'all, I don't make this up ! Also, from what I know, the people here help you take your groceries to your car, but due to social distancing they can't at the moment. No problem tbh. Do not like the girls at customer service, the young ones don't care and rude, the older lady is nicer and actually explains things. Because of customer service worse than Walmart won't be coming here unless I only need 1 thing, for more items go to Walmart, at least you won't have to deal with unhappy faces of these young ladies. UPDATE: Since I can't deal with their customer service I sent my husband to get some formula, because it's only one item and will be faster than big grocery store. He came and they refused to help him and said he needs to come back with the face mask because it's a law now. Which is FINE and he had no problem with it, safety comes first, when he came back to the store with the mask on his face there were TWO African American women shopping without the mask and the employees didn't say nothing to them and had no problem helping them out or checking them out. So by what factor your damn employees choose who has to follow the law and who doesn't???? GOD DAMN IT BECAUSE OF THE STORES LIKE YOURS THE CORONA VIRUS HAS NO PROBLEM TO SPREAD AND INFECT MORE PEOPLE! LAW IS SAME FOR EVERYONE . You got lucky my man is very nice and polite , He should've called cops on you or something. Pathetic store, now never again. read more

The BEST customer service!!! These ladies (especially Gladys) go above and beyond to help me every time I come in. I have twin babies so I always feel like I take a long time. But they never make me feel rushed. And when I have questions they're always super knowledgeable. Havent had really good experiences here. The girls that work there are not very nice or friendly. Seemed as if they didnt want to provide service for me but they had to. Kind of felt like I was being judged the whole time. Even the main lady would give me looks as if they are judging me. I've had better experiences at the one on Atlantic.. also everytime they gave me cracked eggs!!! Each time I go!! Wonder if it is on purpose ! read more

You know it's my 1st time coming to this location since I usually go to other ones but since I was around this area I decided to stop and bring my checks. From my experience today it's absolutely nothing like the ones that I've been too; other cashier's are extremely helpful and kind. But the cashier that helped me by the name of Leslie was very rude; looked unhappy; no greeting since they all do at every other store. At at end for some reason as the usual gift for going to WIC she only offered me 2 ITEMS(peanut butter and beans) but I over heard the other cashier with another customer a whole more stuff. I didn't even bother to argue with her and just picked lentils. Never again coming to this location. read more

This is the the most unfriendliest location a WIC can have. I am a mother of two and everytime the staff approaches me, they seem to have a long face. They used to have a male staff and they treat you so much better than the female ones. It makes me uncomfortable to tell them what stuff I need coz it's like they don't want to accommodate you at all. I hope they change their bad attitudes towards us. read more
