Nice selection on menu Tomato basil soup little salty…read moreCAUTION: Unless you really really really like mustard tell them lite on the mustard. My Italian sandwich and my wife's pastrami sandwich was slathered in mustard. Our food was literally mustard sandwiches. It's like they get a bonus from the mustard cartel so tell them your topping preferences!!!

So when I got home, I unwrapped it and took it apart to see if I rebuilt it, maybe I could actually eat it and that's when I noticed the subpar components of the sandwich. I got a turkey club, the turkey was supposed to be sliced, it was 100% shredded.. like the pieces that are left when they use all the rest of the good stuff , there was supposed to be bacon on it.. there was one piece.. the lettuce looked like it had been sitting out for hours (it's only five minutes back to my house) .. the condiments were only on one side of a sandwich... It's just crazy how bad it was considering they make it right there. Next time I'll just go to Subway, it's actually quality food that I can fit in my mouth.. and it's not $40 for two sandwiches. I won't go back here again.

We have frequented this location every time we've visited a Habit location in the past 4 years…read more(close to 20 times) and I honestly can't believe I haven't written a review. I've read a lot of reviews on Yelp and I can't say that I've ever experienced poor or rude service, but there have been several inconsistencies from receiving overcooked burgers, undercooked fries or having to wipe down our table to eat. That said, these issues happen, sometimes more often than others, but not enough times to ward off future visits. There was a small line to order when we arrived, so we ordered through the kiosk without issue. This actually prompted others to order through the kiosk as well. After ordering, we walked up to the register to get our drink cups and were quickly greeted by a smiling, lovely employee who promptly gave me our cups. I ordered the new Parmesan chicken club, which unfortunately does not come in a combo...so I ordered the 50/50 (fries and onion rings) and my husband had the charburger with cheese combo. Our food came out quickly and looked stunning! The cheese was melted around the grilled chicken, the bacon was crispy, ingredients were fresh and the bread was toasted to perfection. My only disappointment is that the 50/50 is almost $5 as a side....and I felt like there wasn't enough fries and only 4 small onion rings. Fries were mostly undercooked as well. However, the sandwich was absolutely delicious. My husband's charburger tasted great, but was a tad disappointed as the burger patty was much thinner than other visits. It was almost $34 for lunch and we almost feel like we didn't get our money's worth. Overall, our visit was nice (loved the "habit" radio station...great music!), most of the food was great and the service was super friendly.

Paying $28 for what was easily the worst meal of my life is insane. This place clearly has no regard for who keeps there bills paid (the customers) and will take any shortcut they can to make a dollar. Just keep driving and go to McDonald's. At least you won't risk getting your throat slit from metal being ingested (We dont appreciate the automated message as a solution to your problems, it just re-establishes the fact that you guys don't care)

The service here is terrible... it wasn't even busy or I would give that as an excuse, but it's not…read morethey just look at you terrible and don't even want to be here. The also took our salads away before we were even finished then we asked for some more and they just said sure and never came back I also went a good 15 mins without a refill... I think we are going to have to find another Italian place.

We were here last fall (2024) with an extremely large party for a kids birthday. I know- I know not…read moresmart, they don't do reservations and all that. It wasn't my kid. It's a friends daughter. I was able to call ahead (like noon the day of) and give them a head up. They were fine with that- gave us a "sort of" reservation. Then some church group decided to have a thanksgiving party, start it 30 minutes before our large table's promised set up and high jacked the spot. And by highjacked I mean they took nearly 3 hours and it was actually insane. The manager in charge was GREAT. She was just as annoyed as we were and they gave us free appetizers to make up for the wait that didn't need to happen on top of making sure everyone single part of our party was served fast, better than "family", and what was a ridiculously long wait ended up better than ok in the end. Compared to another similar situation at another local chain restaurant for this girls sister that happened a couple weeks ago- this was worlds apart. I would actually come back to Olive Garden (but not as a giant group) as opposed to the other place which was so bad I don't even want to come back on a date night any time soon. You didn't just make us feel like family Olive Garden- it was way better than that!
