Woah! This pizza definitely surpassed my expectations! My man loves to cook for me but some nights he dosen't have the energy to cook after long stressful work days and neither do I so those nights we either eat something easy to prep from the fridge or freezer or we order out. He asked me what sounded good to me and my first thought was pizza which he agreed with. I considered a few places but we hadn't tried Flying Pie Pizza and it sounded much better to give a new place a try rather than order some overly greasy cardboard tasting pizza from one of the many chains so we placed an online order for delivery. I will say this order was NOT cheap whatsoever but then again I did get a growler of hard cider and left a generous tip for the delivery driver on top of ordering two pizzas ...and it was worth it ! lol The pizzas were hot and tasted fresh, the lemon basil hard cider was quite tasty and the growler we got with it is pretty cool too ! We were definitely not disappointed choosing Flying Pie Pizza and we will definitely be repeat customers when we're craving pizza! read more

I was pleasantly shocked how well my pizza looked and tasted. It was amazing! In my humble opinion, it's the best pizza pie in Nampa hands down. It had an excellent crispy thin crust and it was baked to perfection. The toppings were top quality and extremely tasty. We ordered a few different cheeses and they were spot on excellent. They are extremely generous with their toppings too. My pie was loaded with gooey goodness. I highly recommend Flying Pie for your next pizza pie, you won't regret it! Ordered two pizzas on July 17th through Door Dash. Driver apologized when delivering them - said the restaurant KNEW they were undercooked, and would refund my order. When I called the restaurant and spoke to Carolina, she giggled and said I could only get back a portion. During a time when the economy is down AND people choose where they dine, this is not a good look. Still no response from the Nampa restaurant and no refund on my account. My aunt and I were originally going to dine in, but we were treated so rudely and felt so unwelcome from the moment we walked in, that we got it to go and ate in her car. We walked in, smiled and said hi to the counter person with no response back and an angry look. I thought maybe the restaurant was closing and he was irritated we walked in last second. I politely asked what time they closed, and he harshly said, " 40 minutes! But it takes 20-30 minutes to cook the pizza!!" I still politely said," ok, well we are getting it to go, so that should be ok." My aunt told him we would like a medium and started nervously naming the toppings we would like. He was just standing there glaring at her not entering anything. She was confused and asked if they had those toppings. I guess he didn't hear her say the size we wanted, cut her off in the middle of her sentence saying, "well I can't start the order until I know the size you want!" My aunt is such a sweet lady and he spoke to her in a complete condescending tone. Acting like she was ignorant. She still kindly replied," oh um a medium, I guess you didn't hear me say that in the beginning." Still NO RESPONSE. No, " oh I'm sorry about that!" She finished saying our order and was having a little trouble figuring out which way the credit card was supposed to be entered. He impatiently and rudely showed her. Again, treating her like she was stupid. And she still tipped even after being treated so badly!! I was fuming! We went to sit in the bar area to wait for our pizza. One of the chairs was wet, so I told my aunt, " oh, that one's wet, don't sit on it." I guess the guy overheard me say that and yelled," yeah, we wipe them down early before closing so we can close that area!" First of all, I wasn't complaining or even talking to him! Second of all, we didn't know the area was closed! We walked to the tables to wait. When the pizza was ready, he basically shoved it at us. We said thank you, but he didn't say anything. As we were leaving, he walked by us, and again we said goodbye and thank you. Nothing! Didn't even glance our direction. I guess just wanted us out of the restaurant because it was almost time to close. Never have I been treated so horribly in a restaurant by an employee!! My aunt is the kindest soul and he was awful to her!! Didn't catch the employees name, but he was maybe early 30's, clean shaven, average build/height, curly-ish brown hair, hat on backwards. And I understand having rough days, we all do. But this was completely unacceptable. We were treated so poorly, so unkind, and with such disrespect. Watching my aunt stumble over her words when she was ordering because she was being spoken to in such a belittling manner, infuriated me to no end! The pizza was delicious. After being out of the country for 6 months and not having any good pizza....got some takeout pizza. A pepperoni and zamboni with a house salad. Sorry to say I was not impressed. Pizza and salad was completely overpriced for what you get at over $50.00. Pizza sauce was bland with zero flavor. Cheese was no good and utterly disappointed with the zamboni. I love that they had a gluten-free option, and it was great! I ordered through Uber Eats, and it was a little challenging to place my order, and UE showed free cheese bread if you spent $40, but there was no way to add it. I called, and they said they weren't running that special any longer...so that was a bummer. But all that 6 giving a 5 star review because both pizzas were great!!
