We need someone with something pointy to cut a piece of mat flooring, it won't be that difficult". The workers looked at each other and the one guy reluctantly helped us. Turns out it was a shift change and people were ready to go home. We saw the same guy later in the parking lot going home. Pro tip: Don't go to home Depot at 4 o clock pm if you need service. Folks just want to get outta there.
