Worst service ever... Used one of their ATMs to withdraw cash and the ATM was empty. My account was deducted (from a different CU) for the cash amount I was supposed to receive. I went into the branch and the told them and they knew about the empty ATM but they don't disable it. Basically said it is my responsibility to go to my CU and get my money back. Never use this CU. I had an issue with my online printing of processed checks. Talked to a loan person and soon realized I needed a customer service professional and I got one in Ana Aguilar. She handled all my issues in a professional way. Having just had heart surgery I really appreciated that. All my experience with NuVision has been so far below the worst company I've done business with in the past that I urge you to run from them as fast as you can and not consider them for any loan needs. i went in planned and asked for a new debit card and close my old one end of month that day i expected it closed ,the teller never closed the card so i find out as my bank is still being withdrawn on with open card cost me 70 bucks, now i dont trust my bank unless i call that way there is a record of the call and question here they failed me pretty bad and stood up for it. making it worse read more

Although NuVision offered great auto interest rates, the staff does not know how to handle the necessary paper work when transferring owners or verifying insurance documents. We went 2 months without an updated registration, waited in line at the DMV 2 times for 5 hours doing the work NuVision was suppose to do, and numerous back and forth conversations with their insurance department and our insurance provider without any resolution. What we saved in interest we ended up paying in time wasted doing their job. If you're reading this I strongly suggest you save yourself the time and find a real financial institution. read more

I've been with NuVision for at least 8 years. I usually would recommend this bank over all others but lately I feel as if I'm getting nickeled and dimed.... with a charge on a replacement card and now I have to pay for checks this is getting ridiculous!!! I tried to talk to someone about it the other day when my husbands card was hacked with the new chip and he acted like This was new norm. The new cards also are very cheap looking the card chips on the first day the old yellow ones look better than this crap. I'm looking to see what other options are out there. read more

The whole NuVision team was great and helped us get a loan product that no one else was offering at the time. When your dream home becomes available before you're quite ready, you still have to pounce on it and Keiji, Vicki, Lakisha, Mary & team helped make that dream into a reality for us. The loan process can be stressful and there are a gajillion little tasks to do & DocuSigns to sign. If you're comfortable communicating almost 100% via text and email, Keiji will be there to guide you every step of the way, with good humor and respectfully, sometimes even at crazy hours of the night or on weekends when you were definitely not expecting a quick response to the question you just banged out. We ran into a little glitch with our appraisal, and NuVision took responsibility for the issue and responded by expediting the work at their expense so we could stay on track for closing. 100% we would do another loan with them in the future. I love this credit union! I am the PTA treasurer for my daughter's school and I work full time. Sometimes I show up 15 min before closing time with literally 10 extensive, time lengthy deposits and every teller is always SO GRACIOUS and friendly. I've had my equity loan with them, the service is just horrible. They do not send out monthly statements each month just randomly. I have been calling to get my tax form and I cannot get through to anyone who can find my account. The number in New Jersey says they cannot find my loan and they don't know another number to transfer me too. You can't pay on line...very fustrating read more
