I'm only giving them two stars, because the service was amazing. However, the security guard, Maria, or Maria, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After placing my order, I was continuing to speak with the bud, tender, when she approached us and asked if I was done with my order so he could help someone else. I was asking about another product that I was very interested in. I was also spending several hundred dollars on product so I wanted to know more about another. She made me feel like my business was not welcome, and that I was not wanted in there. I feel that I had to do with the fact that I was white. She was a black security guard running the front desk. Awesome spot, especially if you live out in the NW part of town! There is a 24 hour drive thru is available as well! For me, if you're not a fan of waiting (not long waits, btw) just order ahead on their website! The location, it's nice and clean, think squeaky clean! If you're concerned about masks, those are required to wear inside. Anything pretty much for your cannabis needs. Smoke it, eat, drink it - yeah - it's all there! Used to be my go to place...I spend a shit ton of money on weed. Tons. Like $800-1000 month, I'm a retired veteran and weed has changed my life for the better. I thought their prices were fair and I liked the convenience of NUWU's location. So when NUWU changed their online ordering system and I could no longer place an order online it was disappointing. One week they took my order by phone but the next week they refused to take my order. I asked the employee for some help and he was very rude but eventually we figured it out and I get an online order in. I go thru the drive through and drive away and they forgot to put the add on eighth that I paid for in the bag, I go inside this time and it's the same employee from the phone with the same nasty attitude and all but directly accused me of lying. I get my eighth, leave and as I'm leaving (already out the door) the guy yells "HAVE A NICE DAY". Btw this employee identified himself as the "assistant manager" I chalked this up to an asshole employee because I've always had good service. I decide to give them a second chance. Place an order and find out I'm "banned" from their place. I was told I could "request a review of the decision." LMAO! That's fine, no thank you. Keep me on your "no fly list." My spending is welcomed at many other dispensaries throughout Las Vegas. You guys are horrible and with this change for the worst in customer service, you won't keep customers long. Now, NUWU will get on here and come up with an excuse and blame it on me because that's what they do, just as they blamed me for their mistake when they should've just owned up to the fact that they did not put the eighth in the bag...I know it wasn't intentional...and all would be well. Attitude is a reflection of management and this dispensary needs a change in both. Spend your hard earned money at a dispensary that actually appreciates their customers. Avoid! read more

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in town! All of the staff are very nice and helpful. Tessa, Talon, Mahlon, and Daniel usually help us out and they are all very knowledgeable about the products and give NUWU a great vibe! Its easy to get to and there is always parking. Great place if you like overpriced weed with loads of stems and vape carts that are short. Bought an ounce here and it was almost half stems. Spent an hour picking the stems out. Couldn't get them all out so just flushed the entire batch down the toilet. Not worth my time. Btw their prices are actually higher than their competition even though they don't pay taxes. read more

They told me they could only help me if it was a vape and I was out of luck. Here's the run down: This is about the only place you can get good product at affordable pricing during the COVID-19 shutdown. Go on the app "weedmaps", check out their menu and scout out what you want. Prices INCLUDE tax. Click their website link, order your selection and place it. Give them 15 minutes, head over and wait in the drive thru line to pick it up. They only take cash, have it ready with your license. Very easy process and I will be back! This place is dreadful. I entered on a Saturday night (November 8, 2019). I looked around for ten minutes and STILL no one had acknowledged me. I knew from their website they didn't have a very big selection, and saw in person this to be true. The prices appeared decent, though, in particular Nordic Goddess, a balm all the old ladies brag about (it really works to relieve pain!). It was $55, but has risen to $59 (now just a dollar less than The Source). Vape cartridges range from $23 for .25 gram to $57 for .5 gram, depending on the brand. They have a decent selection of vape items. Where they really lack is in the form of capsules, such as Cannavative Indica, CBD, or even RSO: They don't seem to even carry them! After the ten minutes I waited to be assisted, I left, without purchasing anything. Extremely disappointing. read more

I am very frustrated. I am on the company texting list and receive regular texts from the dispensery. I have back pain, so I do gummies to relieve the pain. I have no desire to get stoned. I got a text saying I could buy 2 gummies and get one free. I arrived and was told it was for the other location. This places is honestly so nice. I had just moved to Vegas and got recommended this place by a friend. When I went the environment was so welcoming and friendly I love all the decor they have up as well as their merch areas. Their customer service is out of this world! I remember first being greeted and helped by Tee. She made the entire first experience as smooth as possible and now every time I go shes always so nice and knows all the good recommend and really speak her opinions.
