I needed to get a new key programmed for my Mazda 3. When I went to the dealership (Findlay), they couldn't program my key but charged me $200 for the "labor" anyway. The experience with Edan was so much better. It was easy to schedule, he came to me, and he had the key programmed in maybe 5 minutes. And he does business honestly - when the emergency key wasn't cutting properly, he didn't charge me for that part of it even though he spent time and effort trying to get it to work. I was frustrated after calling popular "lock popping" service with no response after 2 hours. I made a call to NV Locksmith and within minutes I got a call back. Asaf was here within twenty minutes and worked quickly to get my key unstuck. At first, he couldn't fix the lock, didn't charge me and said he'd order a key fob and follow up. But Edan reached out to me and we were able to come to an agreement regarding the miscommunication over pricing. He was able to come out to my home and take care of what I needed within the hour. Everything was done quickly and my new key is in perfect working order. I value excellent customer service and will be using this company if I ever need a locksmith in the future. Original review : I called for an estimate and was quoted $120. Great. I also mentioned that I had seen a Groupon for $120 in services. All of a sudden the price is now $175. I'm sure they would have done a great job, as noted by all of the positive reviews, but that's just bad business. (I'm only writing this because I often check yelp for reviews before purchasing groupons and hopefully this helps someone else.) I'm in the service industry and I'm familiar with how Groupon works. He could have knocked some off the original $120 and asked me to pay him directly instead of buying the Groupon. Instead he did some quick creative accounting and lost a customer. I don't know why you'd put your business on sites like Groupon if you don't want to honor them. read more

Needed emergency rekey service for a large rental property in Henderson area. I sent multiple requests for service and received prices all over the place with extra fees for various services. He was very easy to work with and when I asked for extra keys for my lock, he obliged with no hesitation. I was flexible about time but this guy came in half hour. Had no original key but car was open. My extra key was without remote and really bad made and it was impossible to get the new key right cut, but this guy is beast, he god a code for cutting my key by VIN number and cut in in a couple minutes.
