I needed to get a second set of keys made for my 2010 Toyota that has a special chip in the key that requires it to be programmed. Oh boy - I really messed up a lock replacement and Edan and his father came to the rescue. I was changing out a lock on the front door and accidentally closed the door with the tongue out and nothing to block the door from closing. Your response took 6 months and is not accurate at all. Your guy left and didn't give me an option because he was frustrated. He didn't ask to leave he said he had an emergency call and left then called back 8 hours later when I was sleeping for work that night. He left the keys and told me to see if I could figure it out which is highly professional lmao. So I did just that I figured it out and not with any of your keys which I still have and can't use because they don't work. Metro came the next day and when I explained what happened they said you should have never left in the middle of the job like my car was not important to you and expect me not to get it done. So take another 6 months and figure out another bs explanation. You can have all 4 of your keys back because they never worked and then admit that what I'm saying is accurate read more
