After seeing his profile, we knew that we wanted him to capture our big day. He was professional and responded to emails quickly. He was also very fun to work with too. All my families and bridal and groomsmen parties had amazing experience with him. We are generally camera shy but his upbeat energy made us so comfortable. He guided us on exactly how and where to pose for photos. He was so nice, funny, and patient. Toan made sure that not only did we have time for photos with family, friends, and bridal/groomsen, but also time for the couple photos too. His expertise and professionalism made such a positive impact on our wedding experience. We ended up going for 2 photographers and his price for 2 photographers was very reasonable. His assistance Hai also did amazing work. We were so happy we made this decision for 2 photographers. We only had 2 hours for photos with our parties before ceremony time and having 2 photographers made a HUGE difference as one could focus on the bride and bridesmaid and the other on the groom and groomsmen. Thank you again Toan and Hai for your incredible work in capturing one of the most important days of our life on June 28, 2026. I hired Joel to photograph my son's wedding reception. I had explained ahead of time that the event…read morewas in a banquet room with low lighting and lots of bright colors, and that it was important to me that he capture photos of our family as well as all the guests. In that respect, Joel did a very good job. He photographed the newlyweds, the guests, and the performances thoroughly, and he worked quietly and unobtrusively throughout the evening. However, there were very few pictures of our family. I wished he had focused on getting more family pictures. The reason I am giving a 4-star review rather than 5 is due to a lack of clarity around post-processing. It was not communicated beforehand that the photos would be largely unedited. While the lighting was adjusted, many images ended up overexposed, and there were several distracting background elements--such as podiums, backpacks, and visible wires--that I had expected would be edited out. When I asked about this, I was told that additional editing would cost extra. There was also a lot of emphasis on a complimentary drone photo of the entire party, which unfortunately was not feasible since the event was indoors. I wish the focus had instead been on clearly explaining what level of editing was included and taking more family pictures. Overall, if you are looking for someone to efficiently cover an event and capture everyone present, Joel does a solid job. If you want more detailed editing or a specific finished look, I would strongly recommend clarifying those expectations in advance. I read many Yelp reviews before hiring him and did not see this mentioned, so I felt it was important to share.

We actually had already hired another photographer and paid him a non-refundable $800 deposit, but after seeing Ethan's portfolio, we decided to take the risk and release our original photographer in order to hire Ethan instead. Although it came as no surprise, Ethan was nothing but professional, extremely accommodating, a pleasure to be around (and with a positive attitude), and obviously... his pictures captured perfectly the moments, the "feelings" and style of our wedding day. He was perfectly embedded in our wedding: e.g. we didn't notice Ethan unless he was directing us. Even though we lost our original $800 deposit with our first photographer, going with Ethan turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. He arrived early at the wedding day--and despite the crazy wedding schedule, he managed to capture the preparation process for both the bride group and groom group. He had tons of new ideas, which turned out to be very inspirational photos. The most fun and memorable moment was the "marching-down-the-palm-drive" session after our ceremony. He convinced the groom's father and the limo driver to help him stop the traffic from every direction for a couple of minutes, and then had the whole wedding party hold hands and run down the Palm Drive together. After the session, the drivers, who waited in line to help us achieve the crazy shoot, congratulated us when they drove by. We felt so blessed and special! Big thank you, Eugene. You helped us preserve our most precious memory in the most precious way!

And, while I paid via mailed check they have an easy online payment system. I hired VR Squad to do the DJ/sound, uplighting, and Event Photography for my company's Corporate Annual Holiday Party. I like how they're a "one stop shop", when previously I've had to hire multiple different vendors to do all of these services. I like how fast they are to respond. It is clear that they do many similar events, and I would have to give them bonus points for already having worked at our event venue, because they instantly knew what equipment to bring and the room layout. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training.
