If you have been having any issues with your PC and have been calling around looking for a place to fix your PC, your search ends here! Don't take your PC anywhere else because Atul is the Man! I called multiple places and no other place had as reasonable as a quote as Atul. He is extremely friendly, and knowledgable and won't hesitate to answer any and all of your questions, and educate you on the process and parts of your pc. I initially came in troubleshooting my PC constantly blue screening and crashing that I tried fixing myself over the last two years but to no avail. The moment Atul looked at my PC that was originally prebuilt by another gaming PC builder company mind you, he noticed the fans were installed wrong and was able to troubleshoot that my issues were due to the RAM all in about one day's time. After coming to this conclusion I was also already interested in upgrading my PC anyways, and Atul then even offered to upgrade and build me a new PC as well! As an avid gamer and being decently experienced with PC building, I felt right at home, and even learned a lot more about my PC that I didn't know prior. Anytime I have an issue or question about my PC, or even looking to build another PC in the future, I can now confidently count on coming back to Atul for all my PC needs!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I was at home trying to put a PC together. We had some issues with loading the BIOS to the motherboard. Since I Got stuck with no remedy, I decided to call this business. After gathering some information and pricing over the phone, I felt it was very fair to just hire Atul complete my PC build. After troubleshooting the motherboard problem, he was able to start the build and had it ready following day. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Atul with NVpcfix. I brought in my gaming PC that I use for a racing sim, which had been giving me nonstop issues for months. Despite countless tests and troubleshooting attempts on my own, it never functioned properly--and I was completely stuck. From the moment I brought it in, the experience was outstanding. The technician was a total expert and an absolute pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the issue we couldn't figure out after months of frustration and had it fixed within 24 hours. Genius-level troubleshooting. Not only was the problem resolved quickly, but the professionalism, knowledge, and communication throughout the process were top-notch. Excellent place to have your PC fixed. I called to inquire about having my PC fixed, to to my surprise, they answered the phone, right away. The other shops didn't do that. The guy that answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my problem and I could hear the wheels turning before I finished. He already knew what was going on but never interrupted me. He recommended I bring my PC in, so he could confirm the issue and ensure he was providing the correct solution to my problem, which of course I did. Shortly after I brought my computer in, he confirmed the issue, provided a quote and said he'd fix it right away. Great! A short time later, it was done! My PC works great, I felt welcome the entire time I worked with them. Its great to find a place that genuinely wants to help. 5 stars. read more

Got a pc rebuilt here and the gentleman helping were so amazing and helpful the entire process! They helped build an itemized list and really break down what I needed/wanted. I even requested changing a few items and they helped me find something else that fit. They really helped make sure I got what I wanted within my budget which was super nice. My husband Mike was about ready to break his all in one computer when he called Atul. We took the pc to him right away. Poor…read morecommunication, deceptive information to avoid compensating me for their mistake, and a serious waste of my time and money. Yelp has a set character count so here is a shortened version of my review: I brought my PC in with a clear issue: apps crashing, and a Windows reinstall that kept failing partway through. Before bringing it in, I spent 8 hours troubleshooting on my own and narrowed it down to two likely causes -- a corrupted Windows install or a bad CPU. I explained all of this on the phone and again in person when I dropped it off, and was told I'd get a diagnosis the same day. That didn't happen. I had to call an hour before closing just to get an update, and was told to wait until the next day. When they finally called, they flip-flopped on the diagnosis multiple times within a few hours -- first confirming a corrupted Windows install, then claiming it was fixed, then reversing again to say it was still corrupted. They quoted me $90 for a data transfer and $110 for a Windows reinstall. Since I had my own install media, I said I only needed the transfer -- and the price for that alone jumped to $180, with the excuse that it was only "discounted" when bundled with their install. I paid it anyway to protect my files. When I picked up the PC, they assured me -- twice, after I directly asked -- that reinstalling Windows myself at home would work fine. It didn't. I hit the exact same crash I'd described to them from day one. When I called back, they admitted they'd never actually tested the CPU, despite me flagging it as a likely cause from the start. When I asked why I'd paid $180 for a data transfer I didn't need, they gave excuses and contradicted themselves -- first offering free CPU installation (which takes minutes and isn't a real concession), then claiming the transfer would've been necessary regardless, which wasn't true since I could have accessed my files for free from the other drive. When I brought the PC back in, I watched the tech Google my exact problem before telling me they'd "seen this before." The CPU warranty process was its own headache: days of unanswered messages, a lie that it had already been shipped when it hadn't, and them dodging my calls entirely. I called twice in ten minutes and got voicemail both times; a friend called the same number seconds later and got through immediately. The one good part of this experience was an employee named Charlie, who was consistently kind and professional, even helping carry my PC from the car. Everyone else I dealt with was dismissive and dishonest. End result: I paid $180 for work I didn't need, got no refund or compensation for their misdiagnosis, wasted well over a week, and felt completely scammed. I won't be returning.

Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should. On top of that, he installed a brand new second SSD for me to use for AI and LLM training, which was huge since I've been getting more into that side of things. While he was in there he also optimized my system (about a 10% performance boost on top of everything), got all my fans running off a single program instead of a mess of different software, and even reorganized my components so some ports that had stopped working were usable again. He also threw in a few recommendations for things I could do down the line to keep my PC running well. Had my computer back in 24 hours, pricing felt fair for everything he did, and he explained things in a way that actually made sense instead of just throwing jargon at me. Perhaps the owner could have *listened* and perhaps asked a question before blowing off another business that spends steep on hardware for our work in the survey and drone industry. We *try* to buy local and access local services, but with this sort of dismissal, we'll go out of our way to avoid them. Shortly after I left this review, the business tracked me down and began harassing me over text (They had my number from Caller ID) Definitely a place to avoid. Passive aggressive reeks from this place. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. Under any circumstances. Another dealer in Henderson was thorough, asking all the right questions, and although they don't take tradeins on RAM (We have 300GB of RAM to trade-in towards 600GB of RAM) they helped us find a place who does buy RAM, and they have ordered the 9 sets of Crucial 64GB. I arrived with my old lap top which was well past its prime. The hard drive was shot but I had documents on the hard drive I needed. I explained my problem to Michelle and Atul and decided to purchase a new computer. I left my new computer for a few hours so that Atul could determine whether or not I could transfer my documents. I returned a few hours later and all my files were transferred to my new computer. At the same time I left my husband's older laptop with them to see if it could be optimized. I explained I did not want to spend much and may just buy a new laptop for him too. This company could have told me just to buy a new computer. Instead, they optimized my husband's old PC utilizing parts from my old PC and for minimal cost, my husband's computer is fixed and optimized. I was impressed even before I spoke with Michelle about my own laptop. I observed how she was counseling another customer about his options, and could tell right away that she was extremely knowledgeable and was helping him decide what course to take. When my turn came, I received the same expert and friendly treatment. We weighed the pros and cons of fixing my current (4 year old) laptop or buying a new one. Michelle and Atul both participated, and they did not pressure me whatsoever to buy a new laptop. However, that's what I decided to do, and I didn't even consider shopping around to save a few bucks. What a great place for computer repair! My wife's computer, a Microsoft based all-in-one PC, was failing. The hard drive had many bad sectors and was taking extremely long times to access programs and data, In some cases the data files could not be loaded. I asked them to evaluate the computer and increase it's capacity if it made economic sense as opposed to buying a new computer. Michelle and Atul were able to save thousands of pictures, photo-shows and documents of all sorts. Michelle kept us up-to-date as the work progressed and the end result is that my wife's computer is better than new, has double the hard drive capacity and double the RAM. This was accomplished for a fraction of the cost of a new computer, not to mention the hours and hours that would have required to reload all the saved files. Using this company became my biggest nightmare ever. I took my laptop to them on or abt 7/21/14 bcuz it was not powering on. In the end, I was told by Nvpcfix I needed a motherboard, but they could not get it for me. When I went in to pick up my laptop to take to another computer repair shop, my laptop was carried from the rear of their shop opened. When I went to close my laptop to carry it out, I heard a lot of breaking & cracking. I then asked Michele "what did you do to my laptop". Her response was "you broke it when you closed it". That was just the first response to many she would have that day. Nvpcfix destroyed my laptop and I am in the process of pursuing legal action against them. I ended up having to purchase a new laptop because the cost to repair the exterior of my laptop due the negligence of nvpcfix was greater than the cost to buy another. I would never use this company again. I found them dishonest and deceptive. read more

I was referred to this company by a co worker who has been taking his PC's to this company. From the first time they interacted and even after with the continuous support my co workers has been having which led me to reach out to them. I went and dropped my pc off to get some hardware updates and he even took the time to explain and teach me what things to look for and also pointed out things that I needed to be aware of. The overall customer service for myself starting with a phone call and then next step was in person has been comforting and professional which in turn made me know that he wasn't and or is not just saying something that was not related to my issues. After spending hundreds of dollars with another repair shop who never found our problems and stopped helping us after we paid them we found NVpcfix. Our mother board was going and instead of trying to repair an 8 year old computer they told us it was best to buy a new one. The owners told us we could go anywhere to buy, they never forced us into spending our money there. The owners were willing to help us transfer all of our information from our old computer to a new one, we did buy there because of our trust in the owners. My 5-year-old computer had a problem and would not connect to the internet. I brought it in to their location on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday morning, the computer was ready. Seems they had to remove a virus. They had quoted me some strange pricing structure (the longer you waited for the repair, the cheaper it is!) however, in the end, I was charged the lowest repair fee ($60.00) and the computer seems to be just fine. Both the tech Atul, and the owner, Michele, who handles the phones and front desk, were cordial, friendly folks. Their new store is real nice, but a little hard to find in the shopping complex. There was construction going on at the time so I guess that added to the confusion. At any rate, I would definitely recommend this company for computer repairs! read more

They built me a new editing computer using the newest state of the art hardware and software. The staff at NV PC Fix definitely knows what they're doing. Although I dealt primarily with Michelle, I was absolutely pleased with the overall experience and end result. I had an ancient laptop from 2005 that had files on it that I still needed. I was nervous that I had lost all of my files and pictures which would have been a disaster. I took my computer in and was promptly greeted by Michelle who processed me and gave me an estimate. The follow-up was great and Michelle called me several times to offer suggestions and advice. These guys rock! I brought in my Macbook Pro and a replacement screen and they had it replaced in under 90 minutes! They are super nice and helpful. HIGHLY recommend. Just as a reference - if I had gone to apple to have my screen replaced I would have had to first send it out for diagnostic which can take a week or more, THEN they would give me a price which I've heard is upwards of $1,000. Of course I would then have to send it out again for the actual repair if I even got it back in the meantime. I shopped around and found my screen for $300 on Amazon, and NV PC Fix can install it for $79.99. Numbers don't lie, these guys win. read more

Rocky figured out the issue within just a few minutes, it was a bad cable modem through Cox. He called Cox and had them come out.
