I am extremely pleased with Michelle and her husbands work. My laptop screen was shattered. My husband and I took it in late Friday afternoon right before closing time. We expected to have to order the part and pay an exuberant amount of money for the repair. Michelle let us know that they had the part on hand and that it would be fixed and ready before close of business on Saturday. Before noon on Saturday Michelle called me to inform me that the repair was done and I could pick it up. The cost of repair was incredibly affordable and they removed programs for me that were actual viruses at no extra charge. My husband and I really like the owners as well as the service they provided. I will refer all our military friends and family to them for repairs or for purchasing new computers and accessories. The wife and I have laptop computers that needed to be upgraded. A friend has used NVPCFIX for his computer repair needs. I sent the owner, Atul an email explaining my needs. I wanted to add a solid state hard drive to each and increase the memory on one of the computers. After sending Atul the specifications for each computer, he made his recommendations and gave me an approximate cost. The next day, Atul came to my house and picked up the computers. Later that evening I received an email from Atul indicating that the upgrades were done and he would bring them to me the next day, which was a Sunday. He also provided the cost, which was very close to his estimate and what I thought was very reasonable. When Atul arrived, he had us power up the computers. The increased speed was immediately apparent. The computers acted as if they were brand new. Atul is very personable and professional. It is very refreshing to see some honest computer repair people. I was given a quote for my computer repair from a well established business repair in the valley. I tried to get another quote from Atul and he surprised me with his price of only $80. I was initially worried about the quality of the work but I was pleasantly surprised. I came in with my old pc tower and due to being old and out dated, I had I believe his name was atool and a lady named Michele help me get a newer faster computer. Very fair prices and honesty above all! I went over my budget, but that's on me, because I enjoy gaming. They built my new tower and went over all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend the company to anyone needing help. I can't stress it enough honesty and they have it. Also reading some of the negative reviews is kinda funny cause as an Officer, schedules change and something can always be worked out if you need something right away or a discount. I called on Dec. 23, 2015 checking to see if I can have my laptop looked at, as the cooling fan stopped working and the laptop was heating up! We have been using NVPCFIX for four years. Atul, the owner, has always promptly returned our phone calls and made an appointment. He is quick to diagnose and resolve the issue and provided advice on preventative measures. As our computers have aged, he has selectively upgraded them with just enough software and hardware to keep them functioning at top efficiency without having to purchase new computers. On minor issues, Atul will often advise us how to resolve the issue over the phone. Brought in my computer for an inspection as it was running very slowly; selected the 2 days turnaround time which would fall on a Saturday. Saturday afternoon comes around, no call, no email, nothing. I come back around 4pm since they close at 5pm and are closed on Sundays as I needed my computer back. It felt like Michelle (owner) was really bothered that I actually expected my computer back on time and not 2 days later on Monday. Use this company a few times in the past and had them even build a supercomputer from my office. I stopped in and saw them and made an appointment for the following week to drop off one of my computers for a check up. I was called out of town and wasn't able to make the appointment.A few months later I brought in one of our PCs to have it looked at and they wanted to charge me $85 service charge for the appointment I missed before they would work on my computer that I just brought in. What a great addition to the neighborhood! I had the pleasure of dealing with this company on a first-hand basis. Everything was great. I have now sent 3 friends to them for repairs on various computers and gaming systems. Everyone has told me they were pleased. Michelle and Atul are frauds. They sold my MAC Book Pro after 90 days but with no legitimate contact method. They would call me to give me the status of the repair like needing a new hard drive, but not call me to let me know they were going to sell my computer if I didn't pick it up on their own time. I trusted them, I highly suggest you do not use this business for any of your repairs. This is not the first time this has happened. read more

After updating to Windows 10 my desktop disappeared, I received error and bad data messages when trying to open any program up, and because I am not that computer savvy, I took my laptop in, hoping my desktop would reappear, and I would not loose pictures on my device.
